EXAMPLE OF THE CONTINUING HARRASMENT I SUFFER FOR EXPRESSING MY BELIEF THAT MARIJUANA SHOULD BE LEGAL! – THE COURTS AND JUDGE’S CONSTANTLY HAVE ME ARRESTED! APPARENTLY IN A EFFORT TO SQULECH MY DESIRE TO FREELY SPEAK. IT OBVIOUSLY DOESN’T WORK!!

 

 

 

When I got out of prison in April 2003 and released into ISP, one of the first things I did was go to Burlington County Family court to obtain visitation with my daughter AJANEA. Before I could get a fair visitation order the TYRANNTS in the ISP arrested me and tried to send me back to prison. Luckily for me, I filed a “WRIT of HABEAS CORPUS” and  Federal Judge Irenas ordered the state to release me saying my imprisonment was a violation of the Constitutional Right to “FREEDOM of SPEECH”.

 

So again when I got out of prison in Jan. 2003 one of the first things I did was again file for visitation in Burlington County Family Court. I had numerous court hearing before Judge Lihotz (SEE LIHOTZ THREAT LETTER) and the Sheriff in her courtroom was deputy Sheriff Wingo who also part-times as a Mt Holly Police Officer. Eventually (July 2003) I was given visitation and ordered to pay child support, in the past I was jailed for not paying child support until I was given visitation. I considered this a victory- I never had a problem paying support but refused until I was also given visitation!

 

On Oct. 9th, 2003 I went to Philadelphia to the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals and got some important paperwork for a case I have before the 3rd Circuit and then participated in a demonstration at the Independence Hall. The Liberty Bell was being moved to the new Constitution Center. When that was over I went on a local Philadelphia Radio station and talked about my case’s and activism.

 

I then took the bus home. When I got off the bus in Mt Holly, Officer WINGO was riding his shiny little police bike with his Yellow shirt that said POLICE on the back. He looked like BLACK PEEWEE HERMAN. I saw him and didn’t really take any notice, but Officer Wingo comes riding over like the Super Hero Policeman he wants to be and confronts me (THE NJWEEDMAN) by saying I have a warrant for child support. – Now remember this is the same guy who sat thru everyone of my child support/visitation hearings, he knew support was being taken out of my checks. I told him obviously this is a mistake you know I took care of all that before you were in the courtroom! He said, “it didn’t matter he knows I have a warrant” and  I was arrested and held in the Burlington  County Jail. I told him he was just opening a can of worms he should just let me take care of it. I even told him why would a brother do this when he knew I was trying to restart my life, after the RACIST WHITE CRIMNINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM had ruined it and cause so much havoc in my families life. But guy’s like him have their heads so far up their own ass’s that he didn’t hear or see the logic in what I was saying. Only confused brother’s could do what he does for a living anyway and this was another example of it. The next day Oct. 10th  as I predicted I went before Judge Sutter who immediately upon realizing I was having my support taken out of my checks ordered me released.

 

But then the can of worms I also predicted was opened. JUDGE ASSHOLE ANDRONICI signs a new warrant for my arrest while I’m being out processed for release. Judge Andronici was just being an ASSHOLE. I hadn’t missed any court dates and anyone who wants me in court can just send me a letter with the court date or contact my ISP-parole officer. There was no reason to sign an arrest warrant or order bail. He ordered that I post $500.oo bail “again”. The case that Judge ASSHOLE ANDRONICI signed the warrant for was a June 9th, 2000 incident where I was holding a press conference in front of the Burlington County Courthouse and the Sheriff, Sheriff Gary Daniels arrested me “allegedly” smoking marijuana.

Back in 2000 the first time I showed up in court for this charge Sheriff Daniels didn’t appear and the case was re-scheduled, then I was arrested for a failure to appear for the next hearing but I was never given a court-date. It was a bogus arrest that cost me $500.oo it was an example of the tactics that law enforcement court officer take when it comes to me. I have many similar “bogus arrests” . Then I went to prison for the 40 pound case. While I was in prison I wrote to the Mt. Holly Court to have me brought to the Mt Holly court to face these charges. Then Sheriff Daniels re-signed and the case was dropped because there was no complainant. The sheriff was no-longer a sheriff in order to proceed with the case the state would have to subpoena private citizen Daniels and the Mockery I was going to make of him as Sheriff I’d do to citizen Daniels. I doubt ex-sheriff Daniels is willing to be down with that, before it was his job. Anyway everyone knew this case was done, it couldn’t be prosecuted! Now out of the blue ASSHOLE ANDRONICI signs a warrant for my arrest. For what! It was purely a example of a TYRANNT on the bench kicking a person when he’s down!

 

I have a court date for Oct 23rd, in My Holly now! I plan on pulling out my FUCK-YOU court wearing shirt for this hearing. It’ll be the first time I’ve worn it since I was released for prison, but this case now calls for it. This shirt represents my 1st Amendment Right of EXPRESSION. By wearing this shirt I’ll be expressing my dis-pleasure with the local criminal justice system and Judge Andronici.

I missed 3days of work, paid $500.oo bail

and now I'll miss work again on Oct. 23rd

  On Oct. 23rd, 2003 Judge Andronici wasn't there and the case was moved to Nov. 13th, 2003.



On Nov. 13th, 2003 this case was "DISMISSED"

I plan on suing the town for the three bails I paid
