Why is this persecution an affront to our Constitution and the sacred word of God? We need only examine what the definition of what marijuana is, in the Bible and the Constitution to find the answers. 

Marijuana comes from a plant known as "Hemp"

                         What is Hemp? 

   According to Websters Dictionary; Hemp is a tall annual herb more 
accurately named  "cannabis."   Therefore, Cannabis/Marijuana is an herb.

   An "Herb" is a plant that withers and dies away after flowering and is used as a medicine and a seasoning.  So literally, Marijuana is medicine and food. Since there is nothing immoral about medicine or food, let us examine what the supposed authority on morality says about herbs like Marijuana. Let's check the Bible. 

   In the very beginning of the Bible, God creates the universe, our world and mankind's place in it. Then in Genesis 1:11 and 1:12, God creates plants of all kinds; "And God said. Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the tree yielding fruit and God saw that it was good." Soon God instructs Mankind that these plants are for our consumption in Genesis 1:29, "And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed: to you it shall be for meat."  Literally stated, it is mankind's God given right to use all herbs for nutritional, medicinal and spiritual purposes, and no one has any legal or moral right to deny them to us.  It is written in the Bible that God said, HERBS ARE GOOD, not evil. GOD said. Not the ATF, not the DEA, not the United States Government, not the alcohol manufactures, not the tobacco companies and not the religious right. God said EVERY herb bearing seed. Although humankind has utilized God's gift of hemp for the last 10,000 years, the government has decided that these God given religious rights are meaningless.

Does the U.S. first amendment protect citizens who follow religions that teach the truth about the herb marijuana? 
Such as  RASTAFARI !

    The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are the Supreme Laws of our 
nation and were created to determine human rights in America. They were 
inspired and ordained by the laws of reason and intelligence and in these documents, the free citizens of our nation are guaranteed the rights of religious freedom, the pursuit of happiness and well being in our homes. The most important safe-guard of these human rights is the 16th Jurisprudence, which states that any law which directly violates the spirit or content of the Constitution is null and void. It guarantees that our human rights are secured against invasion by the government or any of its agencies. Additionally, our local, state and federal officials swore an oath on a Bible to uphold our Constitution. 

   Yet, apparently many of them are willfully and unlawfully placing their own religious, moral and political view points above the wishes of the people who grant them their privilege to serve. They are violating constitutional law and in doing so have become the very criminals they are sworn to protect us from. With this truth brought to light, it then becomes the duty of every citizen and patriot to bring these parties to justice.  And the way we do this is at the voting booth where we exercise our right to change the laws peacefully.  We did so in some states ( California, Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, Washington St., Washington D.C., Alaska, and most recently Maine 11/99) by enacting  laws for the growing and using of Cannabis for medicinal purposes. But apparently the law, due process, or the will of the people doesn't mean much to our Democratic and Republican led government.  They still persecute and incarcerate the sick and dying.  They make a mockery of the American dream and your rights as human beings. Congress actually passed a law in Oct of 1998 that nullified the election results of the Nov. 1998 Washington DC elections in a attempt to usurp the will of the people. The people voted for the legalization of marijuana anyway! It is now in the courts as to if the congress can nullify a law voted on by "We the People" - Wake-up !

    The question now arises, why are the self appointed guardians of morality so intent on destroying anyone associated with the decriminalization of the commercial, medicinal, recreational and spiritual use of Hemp? They are afraid. Very afraid. Afraid that they may lose all that money, paid to them by special interest groups like the logging companies, the paper manufacturers, the pharmaceutical companies, the tobacco companies, the alcohol companies, the prison industry,and the religious right who all profit from keeping the benefits of hemp quiet. And individuals who know the truth are imprisoned. They are  afraid that you may DARE to think for yourself and begin to grow your own medicine and your own non-alcoholic recreational substance that they can't regulate or tax.  But most of all they are afraid of losing some of that power they have over all the hearts and minds of citizens who may begin to think for themselves and once enlightened, flex their political muscles. 

  They're afraid that our society may crumble when the people realize that they don't need the government and the morality  police dictating their self serving version of social values. As the truth is revealed, it will become apparent that they have built  huge multi-billion dollar industries devoted to creating panic and fear among the populace. Our prison system has become a legal method for slavery. 2 million citizens are now slave's, 1.4 million for using drugs the democrats and republicans (whitemen) don't control. With this illegal "war on drugs". 

  Currently many republican's are pressing for private prisons, which their friends also own. Kinda like the tobacco industry. They become the owner's of american slaves. Do you think it is a mistake that these so-called leader's are constantly making laws to fill prisons? They are protecting the interest of the prison industry and their buddies who have invested in them.

  Is there any truth to this assertion that legalization of hemp will destroy the world.  NO.  Not at all.  The world didn't crumble when alcohol prohibition was overturned. Their paranoid view of societies doom is the last card in a doomed hand that they are attempting to play as the game comes to an end. The  legalization of marijuana is inevitable. 

 The fact of the matter is :of the illegal drugs, marijuana/hemp is the most widely used, if marijuana were legalized the need for massive Drug agencies like the DEA- and various other useless state agencies would be unnessasary. When the public realizes that "we the people" have the winning hand and that the self appointed guardians of morality have been bluffing all along, we will have finally won our right to the freedom which has been taken form us, by the democrat and republican parties.

  I say, "We the People" must utilize Jury Nullification to take back our rights. Quote from, Asst Camden County Prosecutor, John T. Wynne. " Jury Nullification is a constitutionally permissable function of a jury, but Mr Forchion should not be allowed to tell a jury of this." - (You see he's afraid, of the Jury Nullification issue and the implications it presents to the present marijuana prohibition status quo.)

"We the People", must begin to utilize Jury Nullification as a weapon of war.  Soon the people will see that the only immoral and unlawful activities that have been perpetrated, are by our politicans (government). The Government will not change, we must force change thru the Jury box.

    "Jury nullification of law"  as it is sometimes called, is a traditional American right defended by the Founding Fathers. Those Patriots intended the jury to serve as one of the tests a law must pass before it assumes enough  popular authority to be enforced. Thus the Constitution provides five separate tribunals with veto power – representatives, senate, executive, judges and thejury - that each enactment of law must pass before it gains the authority to punish those who choose to violate it. Thomas Jefferson said, "I consider trial by jury as the only anchor yet imagined by man, by which a government can be held to the principles of its constitution."

  The propaganda that Cannabis, Marijuana and Hemp products are bad 
for America is a lie, but it is hard to disprove lies that are stamped with an official seal. The government can deny their unjust incarceration and  persecution of cannabis users, but not for much longer.  Too many others know what's happening. Show yourselves at the Jury Box. Utilize Jury Nullification - End the War.

And NO One, NO Government OR Agency 
has Jurisdiction Over the Truth!
