to detail the actions I have had with some local and New
Jersey State Police officers who have violated my civil
rights as a American citizen. Simply because I openly
advocated changing the law, which I view as
unconstitutional. This is not to criticize all police officers, most of whom I believe operate within the law. I even have family members who are police officers. I emphatically believe police officer's should stop blindly following these UNCONSTITUTIONAL laws that are being passed by the idiots from the bar association who are constantly being elected to our law making branches of government. ( Rob Andrews prime example) These idiots are
elected because of voter apathy. Most americans don't
vote. In most case's they only have two choice's (democrat
or republican) which isn't a real choice anyway. One
steals from the That is not as radical a statement as it appears, everyone who ever served in the military knows any soldier can refuse a order that is illegal. Look at states like UTAH which don't prosecute individuals for polygamy, which is illegal nationwide. In fact in UTAH it is call Prosecutorial Nullification. Prosecutors refuse to prosecute for polygamy, some are polygamous themselves. Police officer's could just stop the illegal war on drugs if they stopped following the (Bar Associations) illegal laws and used the Constitution as a guide. "WAKE UP POLICE

My 3 encounters with Trooper Patrick Thornton! Other than using natural marijuana I've been pretty much a law abiding citizen. I have several close relatives who are police officer's and a childhood friend who is a Camden City police officer. At the time of my arrest (Big Case) my next door neighbor was the acting police chief of our town Chesilhurst NJ. Sheldon Fortune I considered him a good neighbor, I believe it was mutual. I have never had a
personal problem with any police officer.
I am afraid of
very, very few things BUT one of things I am afriad of
is: "getting killed by a
trooper/cop like Thornton". Who acts
more like a gestapo trooper than a New Jersey state
trooper, "paid to serve and protect every citizen.
Including me". He's paid to also protect my
right to free speech but he doesn't like what I say
so he acts like a ASS. AND THE MUNICIPAL COURT
SYSTEM is used protect him while denying a inidividual
like myself the oppurtunity to ask a jury of my peers for
help, or protection from government oppression and abuse.
I REPEATEDLY ASKED THAT MY CASE BE HEARD IN A SUPERIOR
COURT -where jury's are still legal. (denied, denied,
local reporter's weren't interested in covering it.) New Jersey currently is going through changes in it's state police force after revelations that racial profiling- (SEE HERE ) -- which minorities have asserted for years where true. New Jersey police officers in their zeal to enforce the ridiculous drug laws, and participate in our Governments war on it's people , i.e., "War on drugs", have systematically targeted minorities. I consider the drug laws a violation of a person's civil liberties, "where I ask you in the constitution does it give congress, or states the right to regulate the intake of a citizens his/her own body". No-where is the correct answer. I, because I am a minority male I have known of this racial profiling or "DWB" ( Driving While Black) for years to be true. I cannot count the amount of time's I've had my car stopped, searched, then to justify the illegal act they write bogus tickets. And as I've said before, "because all citizens have lost the right to a trial by a jury of their peers" (because it was stolen from us at the municipal court level by the democratic and republican parties), there is no recourse. You are found guilty by a (BA) bar association lawyer who is hired by the local government to masquerade as a Judge, and inforce the party policies. These municipal Judge's almost always do what they are hired for. To collect fines, tax's and augment the local governments budget by pillaging the citizenry. They collect money for the local governments that hired them to do so. So you are almost always found guilty of something. Sometimes it's for a seat belt ticket, rear view mirror ticket, or deals to lower fines by forcing a defendant to plead to some other crime they definitely didn't do. Police officer's I feel the same way about. I know we need police officer's for criminal activity but not to enforce morality issue's, health issue's or personal issue's which drug crime's are. No one has the legal authority to regulate another one's body, these so-called drug laws are bogus, illegal, and unconstitutional! Sometimes officers who perceive someone as a smart ass or a wise guy will write bogus tickets, knowing their co-worker the (BA) Judge will likely enact the desired punishment intended by this officer. By finding them guilty of the charges maliciously leveled at them by this police officer. Many citizens who know the limits of police powers will be perceived in this way if they object too, or refuse to consent to unlawful acts by a police officer. I call this "knowledge profiling". For instance, say your stopped by a police officer, you have the right to ask him "why he was stopping you". You have the right to refuse to sign a consent to search form, and you have the right to refuse to answer invasive questions. You have the right to refuse to have your vehicle searched without probable cause. Just because your given a ticket by a officer for say "speeding or "a light out" that doesn't give that officer the authority to search your car. Citizens like me who know or are KNOWLEDGEABLE of these rights and insist that their rights be respected are then viewed as potential criminals. And treated as such. This can and does happen everyday to citizens of all colors, ages and sex's. It has happened to me several times, especially since I openly started advocating the "legalization of marijuana" which is my opinion, and I have the right to express it, because we are supposed to have something called the first amendment to the Constitution and our Bill of Rights. Which guarantee me the "RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH". But again in their zeal
to enforce the ridiculous laws, I have been
TROOPER THORNTON badge # 5411 The most outrageous of these instance's has to be the three encounters I have had with New Jersey State Trooper Patrick Thornton badge # 5411. The first encounter was on March 25, 1998. Several times that day I had noticed a maroon chevy corsica following me, after the last time I thought I was picked up by another car a gray chevy. I was real active that day, I was playing middle man for several medical marijuana patients in Cherry Hill. I went to Cherry Hill twice that day came home twice, went to Sicklerville once and got on the PATCO high-speed line at Lindenworld rode one rail stop waited on the platform and returned to Lindenworld. I'm sure the officers following me that day knew I was up to something, but I gave them no probable cause to stop and search me. Sometimes I take erratic routes and double back at times when I'm dirty. (Dirty = obtaining my medicine) On this day I had done this several times. On the third trip to Sicklerville is where I lost the maroon chevy corsica by unexpectedly turning onto the entrance ramp of the Atlantic City expressway and then stopping just before the toll pretending to look for change. The corsica trying not to be obvious had to proceed through the toll booth. I waited 3 minutes and proceeded on the AC expressway towards Camden. I then noticed a obvious unmarked gray chevy police cruiser pacing me for a mile or so. It then stopped in the median just before the end of the AC expressway. Just as I crossed into Gloucester Twp. where the AC expressway turns into route 42-N, I notice a marked southbound NJ state police car entering the median to turn around. This Trooper was Patrick Thornton. He quickly pulls me over. When I asked him why he was pulling me over he refused to respond. I believed he had been radioed to stop me. He asked me for my papers, and asked my passenger Shawn Majesty for his, he had none. He returned to his car, within moments two unmarked cruiser's with plain clothed officer's appeared. One was a gray cruiser that I at the time assumed was the same one from a few minutes before, the other was maroon but it wasn't a Corsica. After conferring with the other two officers trooper Thornton returned to my car and asked me if he could search my vehicle, I said "no" as I routinely do. Shaun was asked to exit the vehicle. At first Trooper Thornton had Shaun right next to the passenger window so I heard him question Shaun about his identity, about his tattoo's and ask him about drugs and accused him of throwing something out the window. He then took Shaun to the back of the car where the other officers started asking him questions about why I wouldn't consent to a search, I later learned. I was made to assume that we were waiting for a search warrant, by trooper Thornton who repeatedly returned to the car over the next hour and asked why I wouldn't consent to a search. Then one of the plain clothed officers left. Trooper Thornton kept reaching in the car trying to uncover items. Finally, in a effort to get my vehicle off the highway I allow officer Thornton to search my car trunk. ("Like what else could I do" psychically stop him-and get imprisoned) He said if I let him search the trunk he'd let us go. What an idiot, the marijuana was in the seat compartments in the back seat. People familiar with 1988 version of a XJ 6 Jaguar will know what I mean. Then after all that he gives me a (bogus) ticket for speeding 85 in 55 zone, and a driving while unlicensed. I was found not guilty of the bogus license violation, but guilty of the speeding violation. I was not speeding, in fact this was the first speeding ticket I had gotten in a car in New Jersey in the 90's. This case was heard in Winslow Twp on FEB 03,99 before Judge Diamond. I filed an appeal. This is also one of the reasons Trooper Thornton was named as a defendant in my 17 million dollar Federal lawsuit.

did was a violation of my fourth amendment rights
directly but is part of a greater effort to silence me
and my opinions on marijuana legalization, A first
amendment violation. -- THE SECOND ENCOUNTER
On May 19, 1998 I was in Gloucester Twp municipal court for the initial court hearing regarding the tickets trooper Thornton had issued on March 25, 1998 . As well as for the charges filed against me by Gloucester Township police officer EDWARD BRYANT, and charges I filed against him, stemming from the macing incident on the morning of Sat., May 2, 1998. -- Anyway on this day the courtroom was full, and I had worn one of my "Legalize Marijuana Party" T-shirts. Surprisingly, I was called first. I say surprisingly because usually defendants are called in alphabetical order. I asked Judge Trabosh for a change in venue. I asked that all the case's before him involving me in Gloucester Twp be transferred, because I didn't think I could get a fair trial in this township after the May 2nd incident and the negative news it generated for the township. It was granted. Judge Trabosh transferred the case's to Winslow Township and Judge Diamond. Instead of leaving though, I decided to go outside on the steps of the municipal building and speak to anyone interested in hearing my viewpoints on marijuana legalization and of course to get signatures for my petition for access to the congressional general elections Nov. 3, 1998. I was not soliciting so when several Gloucester Township police officers came outside and told me no-soliciting and to leave. I refused. The anti tobacco laws made the court building a non-smoking building, the steps where full of smokers. Several openly conversed with me about marijuana. Then State Trooper Thornton came out of the building yelling at Shaun. He threatened him with the comment "or else" so I said, "or else what"? At this trooper Thornton got right in my face and started yelling at me. Telling me to have respect this was a police station and what I was talking about was illegal. I told him I can talk about anything I want to I was campaigning. He began to act threatening . He lost his opportunity to arrest me when he didn't find the weed after the roadside stop. We were face to face. I was not intimidated, I knew what I was doing was legal. Then he threatened to arrest me with this exact quote, "Do you want to get arrested". I was so shocked that one of New Jersey's "so-called" finest was being so STUPID I couldn't answer. When he repeated the threat to arrest me I couldn't help but respond with this exact quote, "Grab your balls and do it"! To which the idiot tried. He grabbed me by both arms and attempted to throw me off the steps. Luckily at the time my back wasn't hurting to bad and I was able to keep my balance, and break his grip. After we separated Trooper Thornton must have gotten his composure back because he turned and started walking away. He started walking towards the parking lot, not the building which was behind me and had Gloucester Township police officers watching. I then knew I was right so I yelled "DICKHEAD" at him when he turned around and asked what did I say, "Like I was going to change my answer or something". I instead yelled "OFFICER DICKHEAD that was assault". He turned as red as David Duke and tucked his dumb-ass between his legs and walked quickly, and intently towards his cruiser which was parked in the front parking lot. Immediately several (5) smokers, signed my petition. ( I still have a copy of this) I had six witness's including Shaun. Trooper Thornton remained in the parking lot watching me for a while, before he left gave me the "I'm gonna shoot you hand gesture". When I went into the building to report the threats and assault I was rebuffed by Gloucester township Police officer's who told me I had to file that with the state police. At the time I didn't realize that was the first step in the run around cover-up that would then ensue. On May 21st I reported the assault to the state internal affairs department at Headquarters Division, W. Trenton. I filed my report with DSG. Edward Donovan of the Headquarter's Division internal Affairs. (he did nothing) I have always been under the impression police officer can't police themselves so I wasn't surprised when I received a letter (In September) from a Lt. Buck of the Bellmawr State Police Barracks to which trooper Thornton belonged stating my complaints against his officer where deemed unfounded, and the case was closed. NONE of the witnesses were ever contacted. Sometime over the week of Oct. 20-22, someone shot my dogs. On Nov. 11th the Somerdale Police department sent a threatening e-mail to me. It was advocating shooting me. (I saved it but no one was interested in investigating it- I went to the FBI in Cherry Hill three's times complianing of police threats. - Again I'm regarded as the crazy pot dude, so my rights aren't worth protecting in the eye's of police types. ). It was sent from their e-mail address of somerdlpd@aol.com to my FUTRUCKING@AOL.COM address. Because of these two incidents I was prime for my next encounter with trooper "DICKHEAD" Thornton. Third ENCOUNTER
This was the most bizarre of the encounters with Trooper Thornton. We were in Winslow township court for the March 25, 1998 stop as well as the case with Gloucester Township officer Edward BRYANT. The public defender refused to defend me. I swear. If anybody doesn't believe me just get a copy of the transcripts for the Forchion case. The public defender Mr. Defalco argued with the (BA) Judge Diamond that this case was a Gloucester township case that had been transferred to Winslow township. What he argued was he had a contract with Winslow township not Gloucester so he wasn't interested in representing me on these charges. Remember what I said in the first paragraphs about (BA) lawyers being hired by local governments it applies to public defenders as well. Judge Diamond I can only guess agreed and continued the case for another time. (Feb. 3,99) Trooper Thornton openly sighed and looked my way in anger. To myself I thought what a "DICKHEAD" he's getting paid to be here why's he getting all huffy". As I later realized he has taken it all personal. After we were dismissed I went out into the hallway and started talking to a few people who had recognized me from the election run and the commercials. Every time I looked towards the door trooper Thornton was standing there looking at me. Again to myself I thought what a "DICKHEAD" but I did remember the threats he gave me from the parking lot of the Gloucester township courthouse as well as his assault on me so I kept a eye on him too. When I walked out to the van a few minutes later he was sitting in his cruiser talking to a young looking trooper. When I got to my van I looked back to see what he was doing. He made no attempt at concealing his surveillance of me. I started to go in and ask the Winslow township police officers for help. I now regret that I didn't. What I did was turn on the FM radio to 94.1 and listened to the "KING of all MEDIA"-HOWARD STERN and read the paper. After about 10 minutes, the Trooper rode past my van making it obvious he hadn't forgotten of last encounter. I waited another ten minutes before I left. I thought because of the way he had left he was headed South on route 73. So when I left headed North and I looked in my rearview mirror and saw a trooper car coming my way from a distance with no lights on. I knew it was him. I was scared for my life and he had done it on purpose. Because I grew up not even two miles from here I knew as soon as I went under the train under pass there was a road, (railroad Ave.), that would shield me from him if I ducked in close to the overpass. I did. I watched him speed by me. I then went back the other way, towards the Winslow township police department for help. The trooper must of saw me in his rear view or something because just as I was going around the bend I saw his tail-lights light up. Just as I was getting to the Winslow police station the trooper caught up as I pulled into the parking lot. He turned on his lights as he came into the lot. I was in fear of my life and was seeking help from the police department. I didn't even bother to park, I stopped it as close to the building as I could and jumped out and ran into building. As I entered the building I heard trooper Thornton yelling for me to stop as he got out of his car. As soon as I entered the building there was Lt. Wright of the Winslow two police department. He's been a cop in Winslow for years. I immediately started asking him for help. Trooper Thornton came in yelling I was under arrest. I was shocked when Lt. Wright grabbed me. Then trooper Thornton grabbed me again by the arms. I instinctively pulled away from trooper Thornton and towards Lt. Wright who I was seeking help from. Instantly trooper Thornton started yelling this is his arrest, this is "my arrest Lt.". He had to repeat it several times because Lt. Wright obviously sensed something wasn't right here. The trooper cuffed me and tried to take me away quickly. There were many witness's. Lt. Wright had to gain control of the situation by pulling rank. He talked to the trooper and another senior Winslow township officer came out to talk to me. I told the officer I was afraid for my life. I told him I had several encounters with this trooper in the past, he threatened me in the past and he was stalking me. After he got my side of it he then went back and conferred with the trooper and Lt. Wright. He came back and told me the trooper was placing me under arrest and I'll be all right they have noted my concerns. Then with no justification or probable cause trooper Thornton started searching my van. He dumped all my bags and boxes. Just made a mess of the van. This again was a violation of my first & fourth amendment rights. Click here for US supreme court rulings I hadn't done anything, to give him probable cause to search my van, but seek help from an obviously out of control officer. I was taken from the Winslow township police station to the state police barracks in Bellmawr. On the way we had a nice "fuck you", "no fuck", you type of conversation. He said to me why did you run I just want to search your van see if I could find your weed this time. He had my van towed for parking in a handicapped spot, I am handicapped but I wasn't parking in it I was seeking help and stopped the van sideways across it. He also wrote me nine bogus tickets. 2 of them indictable offense's. I took the indictable at first as a good thing because although in a indictable offense the time served could be longer I would also be able to utilize the right to a trial by jury. Remember what I said, about (BA) lawyers. But on Dec. 9th at CJP the case was sent back to Winslow township against my wishes. I obtained Lee Perlman of Cherry Hill for these charges. He can't believe the resistance he has gotten from Winslow township- currently Judge Diamond has issued a $1000.00 bench warrant for my arrest I have not done anything. Lee has been repeatedly sending letters back and forth to Judge "Kangaroo" Diamond asking him to repeal the warrant. I don't have any money so I'm not walking into anymore municipal courtrooms. (March 15th 1999) I'll be arrested If you don't believe me call him. (856-661-1010). This is why we were supposed to have a jury of our peers. I have been set upon by individuals in the Police community because of my religious belief's. One of them being that marijuana is a gift from "GOD" and should be legal. Regardless of the law I will continue to use marijuana as my preferred medicine as long as I'm free, and so choose - "THIS IS MY FUCKING BODY". Fuck the law, the law is
wrong! GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP-
The May 2nd 1998 incident with Gloucester Township Police officer Edward BRYANT while traumatic for me at the time I really do not harbor any ill feelings for him. In fact two days later I said so in the (May 5th-1998) courier post story. I do not feel this way about Trooper Thornton- I'd like to invite Trooper Thornton onto the "JERRY SPRINGER SHOW". What occurred in the early morning hours of May 2nd appear to me to be a "small white officer alone", confronted with a knowledgeable large black man. The officer in his fear and effort to enforce the unconstitutional marijuana laws, panicked and assaulted the defendant". Me. That I could have forgiven. He was just scared (for no reason, I suggest he get another job if he's scared, before he kills some-one, chance's are they will be a black person too..) Then he unconstitutionally searched my vehicle, and filed false or unconstitutionally gained charges. What I can't forgive is the lies (cover-up), and false charges leveled against me. I did nothing illegal on the morning of May 2nd, 1998- But I'm glad I didn't end up dead. For trying legally to have my civil rights violations witnessed. By blowing my horn, I wasn't under arrest. On the night of May 1st Shawn Madjeski slept over my house because we were going to the Million Marijuana March event on -May 2, 1998-http://www.njweedman.com/mayday_is_jay_day.htm in NYC first thing in the morning. That night I had picked up a quarter Oz. of high grade Medical Marijuana (POT) from a local grower. I carefully placed it in my favorite hiding spot. (Only a dog would find it). I was supposed to meet up with some of the organizers from the cures-not-wars organization ( cnw@cures-not-wars.org ) that was putting together the (1998) Million Marijuana March. We were supposed to meet at 7 am on Bleecker St., NYC.. Chesilhurst NJ is about 3 hours from NYC, so we left my house at about 2 am. I had to stop by my brothers house first. He lived in Gloucester Township. And I wanted to leave in plenty of time for wrong turns, etc.etc. On the way over I noticed my right low beam out so I started driving with my high beams on.. Just as I got to Jarvis Rd around the corner from my brothers house I came face to face with a GT,- police car at the light. He flashed his headlights at me, I assumed to ask me to switch off my high beams. I did. After the light turned green I proceeded onto Jarvis rd and then onto Presidential. Just as I was about to stop that same officer from a moment ago was directly behind me. He was real close. I was driving my campaign van, it had assorted PRO Marijuana slogans and stickers all over it, yes It looked like the "GOOD HEMP MAN". I had been campaigning for two months now so I was used to police officers and ordinary citizens getting real close to read the slogans. It's not everyday you see POT Leaves displayed on vehicles. So I wasn't alarmed at this. Just as I was stopping in front of my brothers house he turned on his overhead lights. Still I didn't expect anything unusual. little did I know. After he stopped us, he asked about the headlight, where we were going at 2 am and for our ID's. I gave him my license, my registration etc. Then he asked if I would consent to a search. I said, "NO". Officer BRYANT then tells Shawn to get out of the van. Shawn started asking questions like why, how come and etc. When he answered, because I'm going to conduct a search that was the first inkling to me that this wasn't going to be a routine stop. You see, "I KNOW THE STATEMENTS AND SLOGANS ON MY VAN WERE JUST THAT "STATEMENTS" NOT PROBABLE CAUSE FOR A SEARCH. I had gotten used to officer's after they were reminded of the limits they are to adhere to, backing off their desire to search my vehicle based on my constitutionally protected statements. (check the county dispatch as to how many times I was stopped) This officer while probably a good guy and good police officer, did violate my rights of free speech and protection against unwarranted search and seizure. The Supreme Court say's
so also and backed it up recently with this decision:
So since he stopped me right in front of my brothers house in a residential neighborhood, I started blowing the horn. I wanted to have witness's. I wanted people to look out their windows. Hell maybe some-one would have a camcorder ready. The officer had no right or probable cause to search my van. I was within my right to protest his deliberate attempt to violate my constitutional right as per the 4th amendment, as well as the continued efforts to silence my exercise in first amendment tactics. The Officer was by himself and Shawn was taking his time being led to the POLICE CAR. Several people came outside or started looking out the windows. By the time the Officer got Shawn in the Police car I had waken up half the neighborhood with the horn and my yelling, "I DO NOT CONSENT TO A SEARCH". Officer BRYANT came up alongside the van and said,"stop blowing the horn," when I blew it again he MACED me. (That was assault) I have never been maced before, and don't wish to ever be maced again. That wasn't all though. After the initial macing I stood with both my hands on my face, talking to the cop. I said to him why'd you do that. I wasn't doing anything threatening to you. I just wanted witness's to your illegal search. He said, "I told you to stop". Just about then another Police car pulls up. My brother and his wife had come outside, the other officer I could only hear him-- telling my brother to stay back. I heard my brother saying he has a bad back, meaning me.. Just about then I was tackled. I couldn't see anything so the tackle was just as unexpected as the macing. I was then placed in the back of a police car. While I was in the Police car - My van was searched. (Illegally) The signs on my van are no reason or probable cause for a search. I had already said, "no", when I was asked to consent to a search as I always do. He claims to have found a roach. He gave me several bogus tickets one being resisting arrest, the other being paraphernalia (papers), and possession, and possession in a MV. (although he didn't present it in court) After I was released my marijuana was still in it's hiding place.-- When I got to the police station I couldn't see so I repeatedly asked for medical attention, luckily Lt. Paul Daniel's was on duty. Lt. Paul Daniel's and I used to play a lot of basketball together when we were younger. He's black. He used to date a girl I knew also. Off and on over the years, I've seen him alround so I guess he felt a little compassion and he had another officer take me to Kennedy Hospital (Strafford-NJ). When I got back to the police station Officer BRYANT claimed I was resisting arrest. Which was BULLSHIT. I had no reason to resist anything, I wasn't under arrest and had no reason to be under arrest. Anyone who knows me would laugh at such a outrageous accusation. Just a couple of days before this I was in the local papers for getting myself arrested-April 27, 28 - POLITICIAL PROTESTS, why would I now be resisting arrest. This is another example of how a cop can say anything to cover his mistakes, and because we have no jury trials the judge's believe their co-worker. This is repeated constantly across the nation, this unjustness caused by the illegal act of "war" being perpetrated against free citizens of the US by the US government, state of New Jersey and it's various police agencies. First of all with my back condition, I'd be a fool to risk further injury by psychically getting into a confrontation with anybody let alone a scared little white police officer "WITH A GUN". I am not a fool! Some of the brothers have told me, "be lucky you didn't get shot. They could have easily claimed you were high on angel dust or something." They are right, it happens all the time. Police officers kill somebody (usually black/hispanic) and then other police officers clear them of all charges. Sometimes in New Jersey after they kill somebody they are given medals and awards, Like the case of the little "L.Tremaine Saunders" a 14 year old black kid in Glassboro who was murdered by a Glassboro police officer. After the murderer was cleared by other officers he was given a medal of valor or "some other bullshit medal" before returning to "work". Another example is the case of Officer Spath of Teaneck, NJ. Who also murdered a black kid by shooting him in the back. That list could go on forever, it happens dailey, and rarely does it get any media attention. I received just a little becasue I was officially a candidate. What makes me so mad is the officers lie and cover for each other, and the Judge who is supposed to be neutral protects them. As I have said before the Judges at the municipal court level aren't really Judges anyway, they are bar Association Lawyers hired by the local government to enforce (democrat & republican) party politics and collect (steal) money from citizens. First my charges against Officer BRYANT were thrown out (JUNE 17th-1998), by (BA lawyer)Judge Diamond. Shawn who was also charged, was forced make a untruthful confession to the same alledged crime, (on June 17th-1998), but his charges were then changed to another crime altogether, but his confession is supposed to be valid in regards to me. Then on Feb 03, 99 when the case was finally heard in Winslow Twp.( I asked for a change of venue on May 19th, 1998) along with the charges from that "DICKHEAD" Trooper, Thornton I was denied a lawyer. As I said before, on Dec 2, 1998 the public defender Mr. Defalco who was assigned to me refused to defend me. (SEE THORNTON- Dec 2nd) On Feb 03rd, 1999 when the case was finally heard Mr. Defalco didn't show. Judge Diamond doing his duty as a Bar Association Lawyer hired to steal from the citizens, and enforce party policies forced me to proceed without a lawyer. Throughout this KANGAROO COURT session I repeatedly said to the (BA) Judge "I don't understand I need the assistance of a lawyer".- He ignored my constitutional right of counsel per the sixth amendment. Officer BRYANT lied at first he claims he didn't even see the pro marijuana signs/slogans. Then he claims he didn't find the roach in the car. He said he smelled marijuana -"Bullshit" we didn't smoke a joint yet. Then he say's, his probable cause was a pack of papers on the dash. Again "BULLSHIT". He didn't even present the alleged papers in court. So without the so-called papers (paraphernalia), which he said was one of the reasons for the search, the (BA) Judge found me guilty of everything. $2,300.00 in fines. 3 year loss of licensee. I was the victim here, I was assualted, my right to a lawyer was ignored. "JUSTICE WAS NOT

THE COVER UP IS NOW COMPLETE - CASE WAS HEARD IN VOORHEES MUNICIPAL COURT - (Sept 25,2000) - where again Jury's are forbidden and the state used to cover-up it's attack and mis-use of power that it's officer's inflicted upon myself becuase they don't like what I say. There is no such thing as the FREE SPEECH in this country anymore. - If you don't beleive me start saying legalize Marijuana Publicly you may end up an American Dissident too!
