I am untrained in the legal procedures and legalese required in the New Jersey Courts as such please accept this letter brief in lieu of a formal legal brief.

On this 19^th day of May 2005 the defendant in this case Edward Forchion motions the Mercer County Law Division to hear this case at the law division level and not down-grade it to the municipal court. This case stems from a pure un-provoked attack on myself by State Police Officer Rasinsky #5773 based on my Political, and Racial expressions of free speech and I demand a speedy trial and to be Judged by a Jury of my peers. The defendant specifically motions that this case not be downgraded and judged solely by a lawyer/ municipal Judge in an state effort to deny this defendant the RIGHT to be judged by a jury of his peers as has happened before. The defendant also motions this court to allow this defendant to precede Properia Personia. Although untrained in formal procedures this defendant truly believes he has the mental ability to represent myself and has done so in the past.

Additionally, this defendant has charged the State Police Officer with simple assault. ( S-2005 3892 ) and motions this court to consolidate (hear) these charges in conjunction with the charges now before the courts in this matter.
