MY MEMORIAL
DAY 2005
I am a veteran, I
believe in the Constitution and I exercise the rights provided and
protected in the Bill of Rights, and I'm constantly set-upon by
Government officials for doing so. I’m
a candidate for the office of the
Governor under the Legalize Marijuana Party and was walking around the First, I
was falsly told by the Then I decided to talk
to people on the Again
I was set-upon on the street corner. I was removed in hang-cuffs and
taken
to the
Police station were I was held for almost three hours from the corner
of franklin and the Bouvard. Under a totally
bogus charge that I was acting dis-oderly. I simply explained to
the first set of officers that I was operating totally legally but they
had falsey claimed the
board-walk wasn't public. I wasn't 100% sure since it was only my
second time in Seaside Heights and the boardwalk could have been a
private board-walk own by
some rich guy, so I complied when told by the cops to leave. I told the
officers I
thought the boardwalk was owned by the city and was thus "PUBLIC".

beach
and the boardwalk on Seaside Heights getting signatures on my
ballot petition
asking registered New Jersey voters to place me on the 2005 General
election ballot for the office of the
New
Jersey Governor. I rarely wear a suit or a tie, while also wearing my
hair in a cultural style that offends some. I openly acknowledge I
smoke
marijuana, and follow a religion that use';s marijuana as it's
sacrament.(RASTAFARI) Many "authoritarian types" take my ethic
appearance as a
sign of inferiority and under estimate my intelligence and then get
angery when I refuse to bow down to thier demented master
mentality.
My political opinions are a direct result of my
faith and I poslyetize about my
faith in a similar way that Christians like G.W. Bush and consevative
republicans do, but my faith (RASTAFARI) is illegal.
So it almost never fails that the first time I show
up in a new town, encounter local law enforcement or state officials
I'm "set upon" for my public
and religious views. My views are not shared by many police
officers who blindly follow the directions of our "constitutionally
corrupt" policiticans in the Demo-publican party. In a similar
way that NAZI soldiers followed the orders of the NAZI Party. You see
nothing the German troops did was illegal under "GERMAN LAW" in
accordance with the "master plan". What happens to (non-christian)
people like me in AMERICA at the hands of our "CHRISTIAN"
politicans is a serious violation of INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS but its
all legal here under the (ruse) guise of the Drug War.
This
incident is an example of the human rights abuse rendered everyday in
this country under the guise of the drug war. I go thru stuff like this
on a regular basis and many laugh erronerously think I did something
wrong. This is what AMNESTEY INTERNATIONAL recently commented on. (SEE
HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE) - ( "AMNESTEY SLAMS
the U.S." ).
On the corner of Franklin and the Bouvard Officer Fraas#3404 engaged me
in
dialogue, I did not seek him out! He came up to me and ridiculed my
advocacy of marijuana
legalization and asked me if I smoked with my kids. (My oldest is 20 and
I have smoked with her!) When I asnwered in the affirmative and
contrasted my actions with those of parents who smopke tobacco or drink
alcohol with them he was taken back. When I explained to him I was
exercising my first
amendment rights he got mad when the whole
discussion went over his head and he responded by abusing his power as
a
police officer and arrested me and later falsely claimed I got
"agitated and irate" when infact it was him! He tried to claim his
attending Monouth County College course's on criminal justice was
superior to my school of hard-knocks. He actually did know what
education level I attained he assumed by my appearance and his
prejudice that I was ignorant and he was superior. Which is typical
thinking for his type. (suburban geeky white dude given a badge and
power he can't command with his own persence)
SPECIFICALLY
: When I quoted the First Amendment he asked me where I
went to school. I didn't answer him since he would not have heard of my
elementary school anyway. He then went on to say he had a B.A. from
Monmouth County College and was working on something in criminal
justice and my school of hard knocks didn't count and laughed (not knowing
that he was the fool that should be laughed at since most people
understand the 1st amendment after 4th grade!). I asked
him if he had ever swore to unhold the constitutional and if he
had then he had to allow me to do this. I then told him
when I was his age I was serving my country and this was memorial day,
a day all veterans take serious and I was doing what I had earned the
right to do. At this point he threatened to arrest me if I didn't
shut-up, I told him he can threaten to arrest me all he wants and can
do it when-ever he wants he's the police and has been authorized to
arrest people by his superiors who hired him as part time summer help
and sure enough the IDIOT did arrest me at that point! Never did I
raise my voice or become agitated, when he get's on the stand a claims
so
it will be an example of police TESTILYING.
This
officer would
probably swear he is not a RACIST but I guarantee you had he
encountered a white dude
in a suit and tie been doing the exact same thing I was he would not
have
DARED to arrest him. He may even have listened to what he was saying
and remembered his 4th grade social studies class on the BILL of
RIGHTS. But guy's like him just aren't going let a "NIGGER" like me get
away with out talking or thinking him in public. There were at least 6
other officers present. He resorted to his "TRUMP CARD", he had
the power to jailed me and he did. On May 11th, 2005 I was arrested and
attacked by a New Jersey State Trooper (RASINSKY
#5773) for the same reason he couldn't take it that this NIGGER knew
his RIGHTS and was willing to stand up for himself in the face of his
white ass and blue suit.
Tom Murphy who is also running
for the office of the Govenor did the exact same thing, and wasn't
arrested. Mr Murphy came to Seaside with a group of about 30 people and
a firetruck. Plastering signs on telephone poles and walking into
business and blocking traffice and he wasn't arrested. Infact a
Seaside Heights Police officer acted as crowd
control. Just two blocks from where I was "arrested". Yet, when I point
out the different treatment I get in public, I'm called the RACIST.
The JERSEY GUY'S SHOW got it
right and he's
what the OCEAN COUNTY OBSERVER had to say!

SEASIDE HEIGHTS - A gubernatorial hopeful known as "NJWEEDMAN" was
arrested on memorial day and charged with disorderly conduct after
refusing to stop collecting signatures for a petition.
Edward Forchion, who calls himself NJWEEDMAN, said he was compiling signatures to run for Governor Monday on the Legalize Marijuana Party. He said he was wearing a shirt and had a sign promoting the legalization of marijuana. FGorchion said he collected about 300 signatures Monday in Seaside Heights. Forchion was handing out fliers and hanging signs on a railing, Seaside Heights Capt. David Szalkowski said. This is illegal without a permit. Forchion was issued a summons for soliciting. When he became agitated and irate with the officers, he was placed under arrest at 7:20 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, Szalkowski said. Forchion said he stood on the boardwalk and let people come to him, which is not soliciting. If people approached him, then he would ask them for signatures and offer fliers. Having signs and asking people to sign a petition is protected under freedom of speech, Forchion said. He stated it was ironic his first amendment rights were violated on a national holiday. "I don't want to have a campaign on being arrested, "Forchion said. Forchion has been arrested several times and charged with different offenses, including smoking marijuana in the New Jersey Assembly chambers. (Chris Lundy: (732) 557-5748 |
On
OCT., 19th 2005 this case was totally dismissed by the Judge. The
Prosecutor and the Judge both made the statement I had the RIGHT to
campaigne or express my views publicly in Seaside Heights. (Like it was ever in
doubt)
So
as has happened to me so many times I was accosted by the police on the
street and vindicated in court, why must I have to prove my RIGHT(s).
This is just another example of the constant persecution I suffer for
exercising my RIGHT(s) to "FREEDOM of SPEECH" and RELIGION.
