LARRY HIRSCH I have to admit I have always had a dislike for lawyers. So on August 24, 1998 I was surprised to see a story about a class action federal lawsuit about medical marijuana in the Philadelphia Inquirer. ( READ IT) The story also mentioned me in it. I was also in another story totally separate that day in the same paper. As well as on the Front page of the Gloucester County Times. ( See here ) As soon as I read the story I thought this guy's a hero. That same night, I tried to call him. Several months later (Jan-99) I had the pleasure (so I thought) too meet him. I immediately liked the guy. I told him about my problems and asked if he could help me in my fight, in my criminal case. Put on paper, in legal terms what I wanted, a religious defense utilizing a open advocation of Jury Nullification. Of course he told me he couldn't do it for free which was only logical. At the time I didn't have any money but I was working on it. In Feb. 99, I gave him $50.oo and joined the Class Action Lawsuit. On March 3rd, 1999 after the court hearing in the federal building Larry had a meeting at his apartments lounge. At least 100 other members of the class Action suit were present. I really had a good time and felt I was a part of history. A online company called mediabureau.com was recording the whole event. (Later I found out they were ripped off by larry also.-he owes them 5000) I was looking at this guy as a great dude- a hero, I heard nothing but praise. I really felt privileged to meet this guy. I thought he was going to go down in history as a great lawyer who put a huge dent in the "WAR on POT". My proceedings in my case were just beginning. I was wholeheartedly looking forward to Larry representing me, or at least helping me. On March 9 my first hearing was scheduled. I felt extremely lucky that just so happened I also received $5,000 that week from another attorney, I went from his office to larry's. I gave Larry $5000.oo thinking I
was getting one of the greatest "Marijuana"
related Lawyers in the country on my side". Larry
said, "he could help me in my criminal case".
On March 9th, 1999 Larry didn't show for my court
appearance but sent some-one else to appear on his behalf
a young lawyer named Brem. I really didn't have a problem
with this, at the time I was just thinking Larry was to
busy to make it that day. I fully expected him to start
working on my case soon thereafter. On March 10 I began experiencing back spasms and by march 20th I could barely walk. I was then hospitalized from March 26-April 9th. - (Click here ) -Then he didn't come to the April 19th hearing, Brem quit saying Larry didn't pay him, or instruct him on how to proceed. He (Brem) then informed me Larry wasn't licensed to practice law in New Jersey, and he was representing some-one else (Mr Holland) who Larry had left hanging after he also gave him all of his money. ( click ) -I then became alarmed when Brem suggested I "try" to get my money back. So I asked LEH for it back, he hadn't done anything, anyway. He (LEH) said, "he didn't have it", but he assured me he had it under control. "Don't worry-Don't worry*" he repeatedly said. "Yeah, right the only reason I gave LEH the money was because I was worried about spending 20 years in jail, and wanted his help. He should have said, "don't worry" before I gave him my money . Then maybe I wouldn't have been worried enough to give him my money." Then he went to Canada for a meeting, one of the people I knew he was meeting was Marc Emory - owner of Cannabis Culture magazine . (The picture above is of that meeting of Larry, meeting with Marc Emory.) I figured accurately that he was trying to get some funds from Marc to continue the class action. I waited until he got back and asked for my money back again. He again said he didn't have it. Which was Bullshit. I knew he was lying. Marc Emory did give him some funds which I know was for the Class action but as my money was for my defense which he diverted, I wanted him to divert this money back to me and since he wasn't doing anything on my case and wasn't legally allowed to either I wanted my money back, I felt he should give it back with the funds he had just acquired from Marc Emory or come to court. May 6th I went to court again bymyself. After this I told a few of the class action members what was happening and asked a few to help me get my money back. I explained I asked Larry to represent me in my criminal case I was not donating $5000.oo to the Class action this was for my representation in my criminal case. Some like Joan Bello and xxx-xxx seemed to feel I was wrong to ask for my money back. Joan told me to "SHUT UP", and UN-named Florida Activist basically said, tuff shit! ( read here ) I never heard of xxx-xxx, a pot activist from florida, before this so I didn't care what she said, but Joan Bello, tiffywiff2@aol.com - I met her in Philly and read her book - "The Benefits of Marijuana"- from her writings you would think she was a very compassionate person. ( Which regardless is a great book and I recommend you read it ) A person with high moral standards and ethic's. I was shocked at her response, but now that I've had time to reflect, what should I have expected she flew to Canada with Larry- with my money! It appears she condones Larry's behavior, but in reality she's just blinded to it. Like ww2 era German citizens where blinded to Hitler's atrocities. Joan then e-mailed other members of the Class action and told them not to talk to "THIS MAN". Several did anyway, some even forwarding her e-mail to me. Maybe I'm doing her a great dis-service by calling her a fool in the picture above, but she obviously is blinded by Larry's BULLSHIT.- The guy's a snake! The type of Slimy lawyer we are are told to beware of. The great things Larry "IS" doing for the Class Action is blinding her to the fact that he's ripping people off, who are already victims of the government. Now we are also victims of (LEH)- That's why I called her a fool in the above picture I have circulated on the internet. I have mixed feeling about doing it but I'm still $5000.oo short and if nothing else it will prevent some-one else or their families falling victim to LEH. That was it - Larry stopped talking to
me. "Like I did something wrong!" This guy (LEH) that I thought was a great guy just took my money and left me hanging. Just ripped me off. In June I had several warrants issued for my arrest totalling $2990.oo so I asked Larry again for my money. I was told Larry said, "He's not giving you one dime back because you have slandered him". - Bullshit! Truth is not slander. Eventually I was arrested for these warrants. (- ARRESTED- ) I again went to court bymyself on June 20th, and August 12th. After the August 12th court hearing I posted my experience's with Larry on the internet on a few message boards (restore) and site's I knew other class action members viewed. I described my encounter with (LEH) as a ROBBERY. That's what it was to me, he just ROBBED me of my $$$$. Since then people from around the country have sent me their LEH stories. He then lied and told a few people I was a rat etc., etc., - I can only assume this was meant to justify his ripping me off. It appears Larry is just another Slimy Rip-off Lawyer,
but with a great case! The kind that gives others lawyers
the bad name people like me relate too the whole Legal
profession. I was told, by a Class action member
that:
I have taken it personally anyway. How could I and my family not take it personal. I know I'm personally going to make sure he regrets ripping me off. I guess I was a fool at the time. I just wanted help so bad I didn't realize that the guy was saying everything I wanted to hear until I gave him my money. Since then I realize I'm not the only one. After I gave him my money he had no use for me. I was even taken off the class action, or should I say never added. I don't care about that as much as I want my loot back. - "but what goes around comes around and I intend to come around repeatedly, for as long as I'm free or $5000.oo short I will repeatedly come around". Expect to see me picketing (LEH) at the federal courthouse in Philly when the class action case goes to trial. I will be handing out leaflets to anyone willing to take one. On the leaflets I will be explaining how the lead attorney on the class action (leh) has victimized me and this list of others. While at the same-time representing a class of people asking for compassion from the government. Some of his victims are even members of this class. ** I filed a small claims suit against
