with new agenda Father's Right's.
I have always known the government
lie's about marijuana. The NJ government keeps marijuana illegal with propaganda
claims that marijuana is dangerous, addictive and has no use other than
recreational. Using that formula tobacco, alcohol and viagria should all
be illegal. The fact is marijuana has for 6000 years been one of the safest
natural herbs known to man. It is not addictive, and has plenty of medical
use's. In eight state's and the District of Columbia marijuana is legal
for mediacl use. I am a medical marijuana user and have been for close
to 20 years despite being a resident of facist new jersey. Few people know
it but in 1983 New Jersey recognized marijuana's medicimal value, (Medical
Marijuana Research Bill - sponsered by (r) Sen. Basano) but
continue's to lock people up for choosing to use this safe natural medicine,
instead of the dangerous man-made drugs that are sanctioned and most importantly
- taxed.. All of my Dr.'s have always been aware of my use of marijuana,
none consider me a criminal. The government has no legal authority to regulate
my body and what medicine I choose to use, especially a natural one.
On Nov. 24, 1997 I was arrested in Camden
County and charged with conspiracy to posse 40lbs. of marijuana. Robbed
of my money with bail. I didn't posses anything, the state feels I was
destined to be one of the recipients of this medicial marijuana. Charging
me with the whole amount is ludicious, I plead not guilty and demanded
a Jury Trial. I've been begging the Camden County Court Judge's for a Jury
trial ever since. What happened to a speedy trial?
The State of New Jersey is afriad to put
me on trial with my defense of Open Advocation of Jury Nullification,
it doesn't want me to tell the truth, "to a jury" about marijuana,
despite NJ Constitution Article 1 (6): - Every
person may freely speak, write and publish his sentiments on all
subjects, being responsible for the abuse of that right. No law shall be
passed to restrain or abridge the liberty of speech or of the press. In
all prosecutions, or indictments for libel, the truth may be given
in evidence to the jury; and if it shall appear to the jury that the
matter charged as libelous is true, and was published with good motives
and for justifiable ends, the party shall be acquitted; and the jury
shall have the right to determine the law and the fact.
"While the jury has the power to do so, (Nullify a Law) the defendant
(Mr. Forchion) should not be allowed to advertise that power to the

Judge Freeman.
While in this country your supposed to be innocent
until proven guilty. The Burlington Family court has treated me guilty
first, & punished me by taking my child away from me. ( Judge
Bell - Oct 16th, 1998) You see in municipal courts and family court
there is no jury. So a fat baren, tryannicial, oppressive family court
Judge can do whatever she wants, in my case she decided it would be in
the best interest of my child to not know her father because her father
follows a illegal religion. I could be a lesbian, a homosexual, a murderer,
but not a RASTAFARIAN. Not to compare lesbian's and homosexual's to murder's
but their is court precedent protection for them. Yet, I am a illegal
person to this overweight Judge, because of my religious belief's, I'm
not entitled to be a father. This was the reason the founding father's
insisted on giving american's the right to a jury trial so a powerless
citizen could appeal to the common sense of "we the people", this is now
also why the Camden County Superior Court's won't put me on trial. Poll
after poll nationwide indicate american's know the truth about marijuana
and don't think it should be illegal? I'm sure I will get a few if not
all of my juror's to agree. I'm gambling my life that I can get a hung
jury or a acquital.
Because I have choosen to fight my charge's
with a jury , publicly and with the truth, Judge Bell and now Judge Almeida
have taken one of my 4 children. I have every right to speak the truth
about marijuana, but because these Judge's don't agree or can't fathom
that they have sent people to prison based on lie's, they have taken my
child from me and my family. If I were a KKK member speaking racial hate
they wouldn't take my child, if I were a abortion rights activist advocating
the continued (Christian-acceptable) practice of child murder (abortion)
they wouldn't take my live child. Yet, as a presumed innocent man , fighting
my charge's, saying " Marijuana should be legal"and publicly talking
the truth about marijuana, with a defense of jury nullification. Fat ass
take's my child. I'm being punished for my free speech, by having
my child taken! This isn't about "protecting the child," this is a spiteful,
scroned women getting even, and dumbass Judge's who fall for it.
My ex who really is just a vindictive scroned women,
has constantly came to court claiming she was a christian and didn't want
me around our child. Appealing to the court's religious prefence of christianity
over Rastafarianism, in direct conflict with NJ Constitution
Article 1 (4), There shall be no
establishment of one religious sect in preference to another.
She has successfully used the courts ignorance
and racial religious presecution to keep me from our
child. You see I practice a illegal religion, "RASTAFARI" so despite
having the constitutional garanteed to do so, I've been punished for it.
The NJ Constitution Article 1(3)- say's:
“No person shall be deprived of the inestimable
privilege of worshipping Almighty God in a manner agreeable to the worship
contrary to his own conscience " - Because
follower's of Rastafari hold the HERB marijuana to be a holy sacrament
like christians hold the fruit grape (wine) or Native American hold
cactus (peyote), it is factually a illegal religion in New Jersey.
Anyone who believe's in the US Constitution especially
the first amendment to the Bill of Rights: “Congress
shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting
the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the
press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition
the government for a redress of grievances.”, should
be offended that this is happening to anyone in America, you don't have
to be a potsmoker.
On March 16th, I walked into the NJ State house
and smoked half a Joint in front of the entire state assembly as a protest,
(greivance/redress request) to the current marijuana laws and how they
have infringed upon my right to religious freedom. I could have just as
easily walked in the statehouse chamber's with my TEC-9 and took out half
of the assembly member's, with half a banana clip, but instead I smoked
half a joint! - nothing has changed still haven't seen my
daughter. Then again I always heard nothing changes without bloodshed
(Try asking MLK) so maybe the only way to get the marijuana laws changed
would be to spill some blood. Hopefully it won't be mine, but they (government
official) are the one's who call it a "WAR", maybe if the government side
took a few casualities people would stop laughing at the pothead's
. -

BTW- I'm now begging the Trenton court to put me before a jury, instead
they have issued a $5,000.oo bench warrant and refuse to rescind it.
I'm running for congress again, not because
I think I'm going to win or becasue I think my opponent (d) Rob Andrews
is doing such a bad job. I want the people world wide VIA my official election

see what happens in america if your not a traditional Christian, or Jew.
Many know Muslim's are barely tolerated, and non-traditional christians
are massacared i.e. - (WACO - Branch Dividians, Philadelphia's MOVE). I
want to ask the people of New Jersey to take a stand, for personal freedoms
by making a statement with their vote. You don't have to go to China, Russia
or Cuba to see religious presecution you need not look any further than
Burlington County Family Court. I am running for Burlington County Freeholder
under a newly created Marijuana/Father's Right's Party.
I refuse to denouce my religion,
or start repeating D.A.R.E. lie's. For this I'm not allowed to be
