Judge Bell took me from my sister because of my father's "Religion"

    The first amendment means nothing to JUDGE BELL or to the Burlington County (NJ) Family Court, anymore. I've suffered a tremendous theft of my first amendment rights to free speech, and religious freedom, and the court system doesn't care, because I'm "njweedman". I'm openly advocating the legalization of marijuana and publicly acknowledging that I follow "RASTAFARI as a religion. RASTAFARI is an illegal religion in the U.S.A. as a result of the "war on drugs". For these first amendment stances I've been subjected to official persecution, by Judge's, and police officers. None compare to the injustices of the Burlington County (women’s) Family Court which stole my child! 

    Last year (98) I ran for two political office's (1) Camden County Freeholders Board and (2) for (D) Rob Andrews's 1st Dist. Congressional seat. I ran under the "Legalize Marijuana Party"- as a form of 1st amendment protests, to the current Democratic and Republican party policies of "WAR" against Americans who freely choose to use natural substance's like (marijuana), instead of their endorsed products like alcohol, tobacco, coffee, or percocet. As well as freedom of religion issue's. My campaign slogan was " What about the 1st." 

I publicly talked of my RELIGIOUS BELIEFS and openly advocated changing the marijuana laws that infringed upon my right to freely exercise my faith. All within the protections of the first amendment. - Yet, I had all visitation and custody of my child taken from me for it!!! I now realize African-men still aren't protected by the "BILL OF RIGHTS" fully.

     I am a believer in the RASTAFARIAN FAITH, which is also recognized by the federal government as a religion holding marijuana to be a sacrament. (  U.S. -vs.- Bauer, Treiber, Meeks ). The 1993 (RRA) Religious Restoration Act, the 1999 (RLA) Religious Liberties Act and the first amendment to the US Constitution as well as the NJ Constitution, protect me and my beliefs. The first amendment clearly state's: "Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"; the NJ Constitution say's: "No person shall be deprived of the inestimable privilege of worshipping "Almighty God" in a manner agreeable to the dictates of his own conscience": yet the current state and federal laws prohibiting marijuana possession do just that they prohibit the free exercise of my chosen religion. A violation of my 1st. amendment rights, as well as my nj constitutional right to freedom of religion. This is why now I can't see on of my daughters. I have an illegal Religion. Yes, in America where freedom of religion is a guarantee, unless of course your religion conflicts with Christian beliefs, as my RASTAFARIAN RELIGION does. 

  "1484: Pope Innocent VIII labels cannabis as an unholy sacrament of the Satanic mass and issues a papal ban on cannabis medicines. This is the Religious ban that started Christians and Catholic’s into believing marijuana was sinful. It was begun as a religious ban and still to this day many, many Christian, catholic ministers promote the criminalization of one of "GOD" greatest gift's based on their erroneous religious views. But in this country we are supposed to have religious freedom. We are supposed to have separation of church and state, but most of the law maker's are Christian’s or Catholic’s, so it's no doubt why some obviously foolish or unnatural Christian belief's (adultery) are turned into US laws. - non-Christians are persecuted with prosecution for refusing to abide by these Christian/religious inspired bans".                  .
 
  While I expected to be harassed, arrested and threatened by the "so-called" law enforcement community, because of my political and religious beliefs, during my campaign. I didn't expect to lose my parental rights.

 This has been the worst violation, it far exceeds even the violations of NJ State Trooper Patrick Thornton's #5411(POLICE ABUSE) This hurts the most, I'm reminded of it each day as I take care of my other children. Since my car accident Jan. 5th, 1997 I haven't worked I've become Mr. Mom, and I love it!!

You see I have a more than normal relationship with my other children, I'm Mr. Mom, but Linda Holden who now hates me comes to court lying to the Judge's about me, demonizing me. Which isn’t hard to do to a Blackman? If you think the New Jersey State Police profile come to Burlington County Family Court ( Judge "redneck" Gaytoe's -called me a derogatory racial name in open court from the bench ), anybody can come to court and say anything about a Blackman and 8 out of 10 times the Judge, who is used to dealing with blacken as criminals will believe it. The court's biased towards all blacken is amazing at times, but who cares unless your a Blackman and we are at the bottom of the totem-pole. Linda knows this and has demonized me on several occasions, deliberately lying to the Judge to use the Judge's own racial biased towards me.. In her quest to keep me from our child she has come to court several times just saying some outright lies. The Judge's always react to her lies. Perjury is acceptable when it is directed at a Blackman! 

      Some of the lie's Linda has told to the Stupid idiot Burlington County Judge's
1. I was going to kidnap our daughter                            . 
2. I was immoral - (looks who's talking "a women" who murdered her last fetus, how moral was that!)

3. That I was dirty and had germs- “Who doesn’t have germs?” (yes she's a Howard Hughes like germ nut)
4. That I was a drug addict - "Factually I use no drugs, I do ingest marijuana, a "GOD grown natural medicine far safer than many of the chemical drugs she uses’s for her mental problems, and is not "ADDICTIVE". 
5. That I was kicked out of the ARMY for hitting my first wife - absolute lie,  I was honorably discharged  and it had nothing to do with hitting anyone.                            . 
6. That I sexually abused our daughter - she should be jailed for this act of perjury. It’s a FLAT-OUT LIE generated in her own mind by her mental conditions.  (our daughter was 3 years old when she said this lie)                                        .
7. I brought Ajanea home dirty.

How I actually lost the right to see  my child! 

    I was 5 running for Congress in the first dist of New Jersey under the (LMP) Legalize Marijuana Party . On June 17th,1998, I arrived to pick up my daughter ( Ajanea ) in my official election campaign mobile , I was running a little late an didn't have time to switch cars.                                                  . 
 
  Well because my van was adorned with campaign slogans and statements expressing my (CONSTITUTIONALLY PROTECTED OPINIONS on MARIJUANA LEGALIZATION) and of my own political party with it's marijuana leaf insignia. A legitimate political party and issue. She argued with me and threatened to not allow me visitation ever again if I drove my daughter away in the VAN. I did. I have every right to express my beliefs.  So did she. She followed through on her threats the next three scheduled visits she with-held, in violation of the existing court orders for visitation. 

    I went before Burlington County Judge Marvin Schlosser on August 4th 1998 who ordered Linda to have my child available for my next scheduled visit August 10th, and ordered make-up visits for the ones with-held. She attempted to sway Judge Schlosser's opinion with my newspaper articles of my campaign. She's repeatedly stated to the courts, in her affidavits that she's a "Christian". Judge Schlosser who is Jewish ordered her to have my child available on my next scheduled visit.  Of course on August 10th she just blew off Judge Schlosser's court order and refused to give me my daughter. "Court orders can be ignored by women because there is no threat of arrest"--Visitation orders are ignored by women while men are arrested for ignoring support court orders". Which in my opinion is BLATENED SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION? 

   When I went back to court (August 14th-1998) again asking for the court's help again, even if it meant changing custody, somehow the case was transferred to Judge Bell. (A women Judge) -- Linda repeatedly complained to the Judge that I was advocating MARIJUANA use, she was a Christian and told a 100% lie to Judge Bell. Linda wrote a statement accusing me of "CHILD MOLESTATION". An obvious lie. A lie designed only to keep me from my child. She stated she had taken our child to the doctors, but couldn't produce anything in court.  On Sept 4^th, 1998 Judge Bell ordered me to remove the signs on my van. (Totally unconstitutional). Then on Nov. 16^th, 1998 Judge Bell who's a Christian ordered my visitations stopped. When I complained to Judge Bell that my first amendment rights where being denied "THE FAT BLACK-BITCH" said this, "Forget the first amendment-I don't care about your 1 St. amendment- it's about the child".( If you don't believe me get the transcripts)  So now I haven't seen my child since Oct 09th, 1998 because I've exercised my right to free speech, and have chosen a religion that Judge Bell doesn't approve of. My child and any access to her was taken because I was advocating changing the marijuana laws. My child hasn't seen me (her father) or her brothers and sisters because of this. Linda is a WACKO anyway so I expected her to try anything to keep my child, as she did to the father of her other child.  But the courts, are staffed by fools who obviously don't understand the first amendment. YES, I'm calling JUDGE BELL a fool. "A fat black foolish bitch is more accurate". 

   "Judge Bell is ignoring my parental rights (which she took), my religious  rights and her duty as a Judge to be fair, and impactial. She's far from a "KING SOLOMON", although they probably have the same girth. She thinks my opinion of marijuana is harmful to my child. I think fat people like her are unhealthy examples to children and she shouldn't be allowed near any children.

  You see this is one of the reasons I say it's not about marijuana it's about freedom. Something has definatedly gone wrong in America when a sitting Judge dismisses the first amendment and takes a child from a good parent because of his political/religious views and no one cares. Judge Bell would be an idiot if she was suckered by the molestation lie, and I really don't think that she was, but she seemed to agree with Linda about the religious/marijuana issue. If she believed Linda's lie about molestation she would have ordered a medical test and had me charged, she's an idiot! I haven't seen my daughter since. - 

     The absurd part about that is the whole time I was with Linda I smoked, as I have for close to 20 years, she never complained except to ask me to smoke outside at her house which I did. I smoke outside here at my house most of the time too. We had plenty of conversations about it though, as anyone who knows me has. I would never use the chemicals (legal drugs) that she use's for her mental conditions. In fact at one time (1993) I was also prescribed Zoloft, and Paxil I preferred marijuana so I discontinued its use. I have the Dr's. Records to prove it. I recommended to Linda that she use natural herbs as well, she is hooked on the whiteman's dangerous chemical drugs but because they issued and patented by whites they are  legal. She came to court on August 4th 1998 with an affidavit saying she never knew I smoke marijuana. Both of my eighty year old grandmother's would probably tell her she was a liar, I never hid it from anybody but the police and some of them knew. The idiot on the bench didn't care that she was committing perjury, it was against a "NIGGER-MALE". - The rules are so different for us. 

    The Judge's don't care, "it's just a little black kid not seeing her father, the father's an un-Christian nigger anyway she's probably better off".  I do not smoke in front of my kids, like most tobacco addicts do, but then again although tobacco is very dangerous, addictive and even dangerous to other's thru second hand smoke, it's controlled by whitemen so it's legal despite its harm to society. I don't drink either, again that's legal despite the harm's to society, because it's sold by whitemen. I use natural marijuana, which is largely controlled by people of color. Mexican's, Colombian’s, Nigerian's, Ghanaian’s etc., etc.,. 

    What's hypocritical about this is Linda works for the EPA - Environmental Protection Agency, her job is to keep chemicals out of the environment because of their dangers, yet she shoves the same chemical garbage into her own body, for treatment of her mental condition. I thought that was ironic at the time we were dating. Here she was telling other people that chemicals were bad for the environment and she was putting them in her own body. Now she's trying to get the court to force me to use the shit. The court has no authority to make me take man-made White people chemicals. I prefer natural medicines and no court in the country has the power to force me take otherwise. FUCK U AGAIN JUDGE BELL !! 

   Judge Bell is a black woman, I really would think she would have been sensitive to the protest/1st amendment issue, because she is a black women. Instead she totally ignores it. Imagine how many civil rights leaders who would have drawn the line at their kids, and never participated in the first amendment protests we call the civil rights movement!  Do you think ROSA PARKS, or MARTIN LUTHER KING Jr. would have protested the JIM CROW laws of the south had the threat to take away their kids was ever leveled. First amendment protests are what lead to affirmative action and thusly her fat ass becoming a Judge. (But I'm sure she thinks like Clarence Thomas there) I personally never would have done as much as I have now, had I known my child would have been taken as a result, of my protest of the Marijuana laws. (But I'm not stopping now) - The Judge is wrong Linda is just a scorned mental patient who has successfully used the courts to "STEAL" our child from me.

             Is this still America or what?

    I wish I had the money for legal help in family court, I don't know if it will help but how about sending a letter to Judge fat ass Bell, telling her she's wrong! Let her know you read about her and my situation online. At my official Election WEBPAGE. I used to have money but most people don't know when you go against the government the first thing it does is take your cash, they call it bail. 

            Message to Judge "fatass" Bell

    JUDGE BELL your wrong!. I have every right to protest any law, can you imagine the implications of this. Anyone who opposes policies of the democratic and republican parties can have their kids taken from them. To smoke marijuana is a misdemeanor, I had my child taken from me for a misdemeanor. One day I will have my day in Federal Court this is the reason I included Burlington County in my  FEDERAL LAWSUIT (98-4643*JHR) FUCK YOU! Lose some weight you fat bitch, and by the way I see you've been Judged by your peers to be one of the worst Judge's on the bench. - "But that should have been expected the NAACCP forced the Burlington County Bench to accept her fat flawed ass in the first place". 

National Association for the Advancement of Christian Colored Peoples  - Nigger or not - If your not a Christian don't expect any help from them, despite the 1964 civil rights act which also included Freedom of Religion, as well as color issue's. I practice a traditionally African based Religion but the NAACCP is staffed and served by Christian’s members, again there's that religious ban.

  P.S.-  Judge Bell is wrong, but I'm now in fear that this year she or some-other un-American Judge will take my other kids from me because of my chosen illegal religion and political views on marijuana. P.S. 2 - I also thought of this, just imagine if I we were in Californa or Arizona where marijuana is a medicine, would Linda or fatass Judge Bell be able to take my child for the medicine I freely have choosen to use. Does the Fourteenth amendment's equal "protection clause" apply to to me.
