two bonged fight

(I’m 3x’s as angry as my white marijuana legalization activist friends in my opinion)

My white marijuana legalization allies really seem enthused at the recent statements of three democrats’ deemed “pro-legalization” and possible gubernatorial candidates. (Senator Nic Scutari, Senator Ray Lesniak and my pal Reed Gusciora.) No offense but that’s not what I hear when I hear them speak of legalization. What I hear is; “how Whiteman can make money off marijuana while still keeping intact the criminal marijuana laws that prosecute minorities” even thou its the same substance. All three are or were Prosecutors, who prosecute people for POT.

To me none of them say what I want to hear from them. “A call for the immediate moratorium on marijuana arrests”.  To me anything short of that means they are ok with these Jim Crow laws continuing. You won’t hear them say that thou, they are all lawyers and the state legal bar associations have used the NJ marijuana laws as their own Cannabis cash Cow. These criminal marijuana laws are used to feed the state its chattel – of blackmen, into the County jails, and its state concrete plantation system; as was President Nixon’s plan.

I’m not crazy am I? Or a Lunatic as Senator Lesniaks called me. These three democrats and the white pro-legalization lobbyists are constantly talking about the legalization of marijuana but begin all conversations about it – as monetary. Google them: I’m not lying they barely mention the continued arrest of mostly minorities for marijuana it’s about the money white men can make to them. It’s not about stopping the arrests that ruin mostly minorities. It’s money.

I’m more concerned that the State of New Jersey stops enforcing its JIM CROW MARIJUANA LAWS. I equally resent the fact that new jerseys medical marijuana program is a all white state sanctioned monopoly thanks to Senator Scutari’s CUMMA. This is a fact: 5 rich politically connected white guys are allowed to posses, grow and distribute marijuana as state approved (ATC’s) Alternative Treatment Centers because for them…..white politicians (Scutari) have craved out a secular exemption – CUMMA, its legally a medicine for them.

For everyone else – It’s a schedule 1 drug having no medical value and we are arrested under the states 2C:35-10a.

Which is insane, since Jan 18th, 2010 the state of New Jersey has officially recognized marijuana (Cannabis) as a medicine. That was the day Gov. Corzine signed the New Jersey Compassionate Use of Medical Marijuana Act (C.24:6I-1) into law. The state criminal statute’s (2C:35-10) specifically define marijuana as having no medical value and is thus an illegal schedule 1 drug. C.24:6I-1 should nullify, and void 2C:35-10 but the lawyers want it both ways. Medicine for whites, illegal drug for minorities.

Since that day over 125,000 New Jersians have been arrested for violating (2C:35-10), during this time I’ve been arrested 3 times. Its clear to me that the states 2C:35 laws have clearly been trumped by C.24:6I-1, but the politicians and lawyers wish to continue to use the flawed 2C:35-1 criminal statutes to arrest minorities..

njsupremecourtI’ve argued before the state courts that this was a unconstitutional due process violation and racist. The All White NJ SUPREME COURT has chosen to keep these racist laws intact and declined to hear the case. CUMMA clearly defines marijuana as having medical value, yet 2C:35-10 is used by white law enforcement to arrest blackmen in record numbers, while white New Jersey politicians create white  “Ganjapreneur’s” that they call ATC’s. Minorities are called DRUG DEALERS.

Statistically speaking I’m 3x as likely to get arrested according to the [ACLU REPORT Marijuana Black/White – 2013], so I attribute this fact as a factor in why I don’t feel fighting the prohibitionist should be so nice. I don’t feel compelled to say what they are doing nicely, nicely as my counterparts do. Jail, Prison, taking your kids isn’t nice which has happened to me for telling the truth about Cannabis publicly for years.

READ: -

Anslinger Reefer darkiesThe marijuana laws are the longest lasting JIM CROW laws on the books. Created by Harry Anslinger - the father of the war on weed, fully embraced racism as a tool to demonize marijuana. As the first commissioner of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics, a predecessor to the Drug Enforcement Administration, Anslinger institutionalized his belief that pot’s “effect on the degenerate races” made its prohibition a top priority. Here are just a few of his most famous (and most racist) quotes:

“There are 100,000 total marijuana smokers in the U.S., and most are Negroes, Hispanics, Filipinos and entertainers. Their Satanic music, jazz and swing result from marijuana use. This marijuana causes white women to seek sexual relations with Negroes, entertainers and any others.”…..“Reefer makes darkies think they’re as good as white men.”

The marijuana laws were intended for minorities, but over the years since the 60’s. Especially in the last 40 years since Nixon created the WAR on DRUGS – (Controlled Substance Act) White America has become potheads too. Some say it was the free wheeling 60’s hippie movement, the beginning of the mingling of the races. White people now smoke more than minorities. Yet, white people arrested under these racist marijuana laws are “collateral damage” in the Racist war on drugs. We all know these facts, anyone can Google it, if they wanted to know.

President Nixon – can be heard on his own tapes plotting and planning the racist war on drugs – To him It was a war on hippies and blacks. "We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin. And then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities," Ehrlichman his chief of staff was quoted as saying. "We could arrest their leaders, raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did." Ehrlichman said.

Anyone to me that knows these FACTS should be calling for a immediate end of the racist arrest, instead these politicians are all angling for a monetary gain.

If I were to have a audience with them I’d say, “It appears to me that you are still for having marijuana illegal for minorities – Senator Lesniak – Scutari and Gusiora?” …”I guess your ok with embracing these clearly racist laws NOW – even thou THEY CLEARLY ARE RACIST LAWS and you know it. Instead of calling for ways for rich white guys can get paid.  You should Stop Prosecuting people.”

I call for an immediate “moratorium on marijuana arrests” in New Jersey.

Btw – Senator Scutari is the prosecutor of Linden NJ. His office prosecutes plenty of minorities for what he simultaneously is advocating being legal for the white politically connected “ganjapreneurs” of New Jersey–again. His hypocrisy is only eclipsed by that of “Clark, NJ” John Barr, President of the New Jersey Prosecutors Association. Barr proclaims support of legalization as he and his entire organization continue to prosecute 25,000 New Jersey citizens (Mostly minorities) under these 2C:35 laws we know are lies and don’t statutorily fit either. They all know it, every single lawyer, judge and prosecutor.

Prop 215 passed in 1996 In California – It’s commonly called the spark of the Reefer Revolution.

The California reefer revolution has snowballed across the country as “medical marijuana”, this really was an effort to remove white gay men (AIDS-Patients) from the racist war on drugs. To create an secular exemption to the racist criminal marijuana statues of California that was used against minorities. It worked but it got out of hand, it began to protect minorities too…now these medical marijuana laws are fueling legalization efforts nation wide. Politician’s nation-wide are trying to hold on to these racist prohibitionist laws. The authorities of New Jersey stand out in this endeavor – Gov. Chris Christie is nationally known as a pot-prohibitionist.

But many states use the current marijuana laws to control, victimize and harass minority communities. For them marijuana must remain illegal for racist marijuana enforcement purposes, but legal for rich white “Ganjapreneur’s” it’s a business opportunity. This is the model New Jersey has choosen.

Recently Senator Scutari went to Colorado to examine that states “minority free marijuana industry” and came back excited to emulate it here in New Jersey - lol. He came back with glowing reviews and great Pot Pun’s. He didn’t mention that Colorado’s marijuana system is racially rigged to bar minorities.

Who cares right – he’s catering to rich politically connected white guys to join the state of new jerseys WHITES ONLY rigged medical marijuana system.

Senator Lesniaks says he wants it decriminalized not legalized – You see he openly wants to keep arresting minorities for marijuana while advocating “cannabis capitalization for whites”. His statement calling for more research reads like a funny episode of Reefer Madness 2016. Really read it here:

Senator Ray Lesniak and his clients have lead the charge to ruin me and close down my Liberty Bell Temple here in Trenton. You see this is to be a WHITES ONLY BUSINESS, can’t let NJWeedman show these other darkies they could do it too. Senator Ray Lesniak comes with a Democratic Party lead Prosecutors office & Police Force. His law-office coordinated the raid on my TEMPLE on April 27th

me and reedI personally like REED GUSIOURA, he always seems like a personable guy when I’ve encountered him. I read his public statements – I’ve given lectures to his students, he’s given me a resolution. I know he’s a good guy but he still prosecutes people and I don’t understand how any of them can still prosecute people in good conscience and advocate for others to capitalize.

I really want REED GUSIOURA, NICK SCUTARI and Ray Lesniak to call for a immediate moratorium on marijuana arrests.
