A huge catastrophe has occurred in New Jersey

The New Jersey Attorney General Office has issued a new directive that eviscerates the “confrontation clause” of the 6th amendment and the Press has largely ignored this Abuse of Govt.

JamesMadisonJames Madison who served as the fourth President of the United States from 1809 to 1817 and is hailed as the "Father of the Constitution" for his role in drafting the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights, must be turning over in his grave.

The New Jersey Attorney General Porrino has issued a PROTECT SNITCH DIRECTIVE he claims preserves the integrity of the courts, but I know it actually undermines the 6th amendment’s “confrontation clause”. The State Attorney General has launched an effort he claims is to reduce witness intimidation, which the Attorney General described as a pervasive problem that exists in urban centers across New Jersey, where the “snitches get stitches” culture is common.  Which to me is a classic dog whistle PR smear; “paint it with the brush of blackness to get whites to be accepting of it”.

Some New Jersey medical marijuana advocates might not like what I’m about to do. "Challenge CUMMA in federal court and State Court". You see no matter how any New Jersey Politician or Prosecutor looks at New Jerseys Compassionate Use of Medical Marijuana Act (CUMMA) C.24:6I it does not trump The Federal Controlled Substance Act of 1970. Federal Law is Supreme. (.)

In 2010 NJ State officials in New Jersey passed the COMPASSIONATE USE of MEDICAL MARIJUANA ACT that licenses, taxes and regulates marijuana in the state realm, which is contravention of Federal Law. The very ACT of passing CUMMA was federally illegal and unconstitutional. (Michigan Canners & Freezers Association, Inc. v. Agricultural Marketing and Bargaining Board 467 U.S. 461 (1984) ) No state shall licence, regulate or tax what is prohibited by federal law-- has preempted state law to the extent that it conflicts with federal law and "stands as an obstacle to the accomplishment and execution of the full purposes and objectives of Congress." Hines Vs Davidowitz, 312 U.S. 52, 67, 61 S.Ct.399, 85 L.Ed. 581. Pp.469-470

To POC's:

onofri shotguns2WAKE UP: Lawmakers are creating a new multi-billion dollar marijuana industry and are specifically excluding you in most parts of the country. -

I want in, do you? I don't want to be just a customer I want my own ganja business. I don't want them to give it to me, but I also don't want them to put in rules to exclude me. Now is the time to speak out POC's.

In 2017 POC need to voice our opinions, protest and call out our politicians from creating these new age Jim Crow legislative acts that create these "white only industry".

two bonged fight

(I’m 3x’s as angry as my white marijuana legalization activist friends in my opinion)

My white marijuana legalization allies really seem enthused at the recent statements of three democrats’ deemed “pro-legalization” and possible gubernatorial candidates. (Senator Nic Scutari, Senator Ray Lesniak and my pal Reed Gusciora.) No offense but that’s not what I hear when I hear them speak of legalization. What I hear is; “how Whiteman can make money off marijuana while still keeping intact the criminal marijuana laws that prosecute minorities” even thou its the same substance. All three are or were Prosecutors, who prosecute people for POT.

To me none of them say what I want to hear from them. “A call for the immediate moratorium on marijuana arrests”.  To me anything short of that means they are ok with these Jim Crow laws continuing. You won’t hear them say that thou, they are all lawyers and the state legal bar associations have used the NJ marijuana laws as their own Cannabis cash Cow. These criminal marijuana laws are used to feed the state its chattel – of blackmen, into the County jails, and its state concrete plantation system; as was President Nixon’s plan.

I’m not crazy am I? Or a Lunatic as Senator Lesniaks called me. These three democrats and the white pro-legalization lobbyists are constantly talking about the legalization of marijuana but begin all conversations about it – as monetary. Google them: I’m not lying they barely mention the continued arrest of mostly minorities for marijuana it’s about the money white men can make to them. It’s not about stopping the arrests that ruin mostly minorities. It’s money.

The Niggrification of William Penn

By Edward Forchion, aka NJWeedman

Niggrification is a word I just made up and submitted to the urban dictionary yesterday. ( Maybe I didn’t make it up, but it’s not in the Webster’s dictionary.

It's the direct opposite of genderfication, (when whites move in and take over a African-American neighborhood) but could also be used when a clearly Caucasian "entity" is taken over by an African-American if you accept the word “niggrified” as meaning African.

For instance recently Jay-Z produced a movie “ANNIE” which starred a little African-American girl, and some Caucasians screamed the movie had been “niggrified”.       (
