I, Edward Forchion, declare that I am the defendant in the above‑entitled case; that in support of my motion to proceed without being required to prepay fees, costs or give security therefor, I state that because of my poverty I am unable to pay the costs of said proceeding or to give security therefore; that I believe I am entitled to relief.

1. I am presently employed at Sonshine Window Washing Co., Hainesport Industrial Park, Marne Highway Hainesport N.J.. I earn $300.oo per week (take home).

2. I am married and I support four children, and I have no money to pay for an attorney.

3. I do not own any cash or checking or savings accounts.

4. I do not own any real estate, stocks, bond, notes, automobiles or other valuable property.

5. I wish to proceed as an indigent and also wish for the Court to assign Miles Feinstein, Esq., to represent me in this habeas appeal under the Criminal Justice Act.
