marketing
entity. A internet persona, a social media celebrity and a hardback
author, writing a book titled “"PUBLIC
ENEMY #420", the tale of a African American Marijuana Activist”.
There are several screen plays using his real life character floating around Hollywood. One is a humorous approach, another the ramblings of a pothead but the mostly serious is the sur-real life drama story of a “Freedom Fighter finale” with a classic ending featuring the real-life NJweedman in Hollywood as New Jersey passes its medical marijuana law vowing to return – and gets arrested on April fools day 2010 when he does. High drama, court action, political campaigning and dramatic courtroom ending!
Forchion
came to Los Angeles and was sleeping on someone’s couch in Feb 2008, now
he owns the Liberty Bell Temple and Lounge on Hollywood Blvd., promotes
marijuana events thru his NJweedmanPromotions
Co, and has even been featured on TMZ several times in the last year.
Forchion
also has his ganja sticky fingers in several other THC-inspired ventures.
The cannabis culture-celebrity says “I’ve simply been catering to the Cannabis
Consuming Community of Hollywood” says Forchion. I have several other ideals,
and ventures that only need a little funding to be implemented. So if you’re
interested in investing or hearing my idea’s donate $420.oo to my temple
and get a private investment sitting. When asked about legality Forchion
say’s I think this should be regulated by the SEC, not the DEA but we are
still in a gray area federally, statewiseim legally protected by a courtorder.
“It’s
clear thru all the smoke marijuana is moving closer and closer toward total
legalization” FORCHION says, “but in the meantime there are plenty of business
opportunities in the legal medical marijuana business’s that flourish throughout
California”. NJweedman says he fled the “Do-gooder marijuana hunting tyrants
of New Jersey” for the green pastures of California in what many
are calling the Green rush of the 21st century. Many of the
nation’s potheads and marijuana enthusiasts have moved from marijuana restrictive
states to liberal green California. Some for the least restrictive laws
for personal reasons and others like NJweedman who came here with the marijuana
business on his mind.
I’ve recently had offers for the rights to my story, I turned them down because there was very little upfront money. I want cash in hand as I sign the deal explains Forchion. I want to treat it just as I would a weed deal C.O.D.. I want to bless my ex-wife and kids, payoff some of my debts, fix the Liberty Bell Temple and invest further in the marijuana business.
