Then on Nov. 24th, 1997, Ed was arrested and inaccuratedly charged with with conspiracy. This is ironic because the load he was arrested for wasn't his and he had nothing to do with it. Only after it didn't arrive and others were panicinking was Ed called and told about the shipment that didn't arrive.

Ed suspected the Police had confiscated it. He was right. They then arrested him for being in the area. He didn't have possesion, didn't own it or have anything to do with it. He was observing what he thought was a setup- he was correct.
