   For the past twenty years I have smoked marijuana off and on. Because of the government interference in "we the people's"  supply lines, my commodity has been scarce at times. But never eliminated. In some years, like 1997, and 98 I’ve even had to resort to growing it myself. 

   In 1994 "JAH" first spoke to me. What he has since told me I have accomplished. Following his words.  I have openly joined the millions of others who call for legalization, because of this I have been labeled a enemy of the state by my  Government in its “WAR on DRUGS” and I have suffered tremendously for it. I have even had one of  my children  taken from me. For as much as I love my country, and for as patriotic as I thought I was for most of my life I have come to realize I am aenemy of the state. I whole heartedly wish to see my government lose in its "war on us". I have actively participated in counter government operations. I have supplied citizens with much needed marijuana supplies "our sacrate herb". For as long as I can remember my government has waged what it inaccurately calls the “WAR ON DRUGS,” in reality its a "WAR On US ", or a “WAR on our Freedoms”. I as a freedom fighter, have done more than my part in waging "war" back.

There is no-way the government will ever win this “WAR”. Only “we the people” can. I know I'm on the winning side, in my highest, wildest  imaginations.  I can not see the Government ever winning this “WAR on US” eventually drugs will be legal, but I suspect very soon marijuana will be legal, if you ask a person like me its already legal. The battle of Ganja is being waged, on all fronts. I have been chosen by "JAH" to command a RELIGIOUS ASSAULT. - "We the people", will win this war. Eventually drug warriors like Gen. MCcaffery will be seen for what they a LOSERS. Just as for all the good publicity Elliot Ness still enjoy's in history, he's a loser. Every year around election time we hear our politican's thumping there chest, lying about winning this "WAR On US" . When we the people eventually win this WAR on drugs MCcaffery, Whitman, Helms, Bennent, Gingrich, and the Giuliania's of the world will been seen for what they are LOSER'S.

A. No, there will never be a drug free America, "we the people want them"!
Q- Do you see drugs, being legal ever? 
A   Yes, I do.
Q- If Marijuana became legal would you sell it.
A   If marijuana were made legal, I'd love to be a distributor!

“JAH” has placed me squarely on the course he has intended for me since eternity, “for my god is everlasting and been forever, and shall alway's be”. “JAH” has lead me to this battle as he wishes, for not only do the marijuana laws violate man's law (“THE US CONSTITUTION") but “GODS” law. I am in a battle with BABYLON. (whiteman's law) I follow for I follow H.I.M.

    At some point in the near future I expect to become a POW, prisoner of war. Why because I choose to put marijuana into my own body. Because I have helped others, who also choose to put marijuana into their own bodies. You people who think AMERICA is still a free country are blind. Just ask yourself how can this be a free country when the government tries to regulate the bodies of  its own citizens. Of all the rights we are born with supposedly, “if you believe in the constitution”, do you think the right to ingest what you want into your own body is one of the  inalienable rights. How about this, does the ninth amendment protect my right to regulate my own body. I can't see citizens submitting to our governments forcing those citizens to say, cut their hair, eat food they don’t like, or lose or gain weight according to government regulations.  So why do so many citizens look the other way or support it in its efforts to regulate our bodies. How can the government force me to use unnatural product's, dangerous products at that.

                They believe the lies.

They believe it is dangerous, I know it isn't so. Not only has "JAH" told me it is good, but many, many scientist so it's so as well. The government lie's about marijuana's benifit's like the tobacco industry lied about the danger's of Tobacco.

I prefer to ingest a safe natural herb, "marijuana". 
For that I'm subject to imprisonment. Would you call this free.

    I answer to a higher law, “GODS LAW”, “GOD” has blessed me with the ability to provide his blessed herb to   THE CHILDREN OF THE WILDERNESS  . Now I realize “JAH” has intended for me to also do battle with babylon on his behalf, in the ( THE WHITEMAN'S KINGDOM ) courtroom.  Some of this battle I expect to be conducted from behind bars. Babylon's, talking head (Asst. State Prosecutor John T. Wynne) has stated to me , I’m facing a possible 20 years, 8.5 will be mandatory. - He’s also stated, "off the record, (Sept. 13th, in courtroom 34 - It may even have been picked up by the sound system) that no-one should go to prison for that long, for marijuana” . 

    To justify its illegal, unconstitutional position on marijuana the government has outright lied to the people about the benefits of  marijuana for decades. In a similar way to how the tobacco industry lied about the dangers of tobacco for decades. It calls marijuana a dangerous substance. Although no-one has ever died from it, and millions use it to benefit themselves regardless of the legal status, with no-long term side effects. Nothing in comparison to tobacco, or alcohol use. It openly says marijuana is a gateway drug for use of hard core man made drugs such as cocaine, heroin, nicotine and alcohol. But repeatedly scientific reports totally prove this to be a lied. The last one the IOM - Institute of Medicine report -March 99(see here) commissioned by the drug mis-information CZAR himself GEN. MCcaffery.  Not only refutes the dangers and so-called gateway theory but advises that it be decriminalized. This report total challenge's the Federal Government's classification of marijuana as a schedule 1 drug. I have introduced this report into my Marijuana Case as evidence that marijuana is not a schedule 1 drug. 

The report has all but disappeared, like the many reports before it. Now the government has since launch a new billion dollar TV ad campaign against marijuana. People like me laugh at these ads. Although the 1 billion dollars in tax money is being wasting on them, is really no laughing matter, people everywhere are realizing everyday that the government has lied about marijuana and continues to do so with these absurd ads.

   In 1996 citizens in California and Arizona showed their rejection of government claims by legalizing marijuana. In 1998, 5 more states, Washington St., Oregon, Nevada, Alaska, Colorado and the District of Columbia followed. In 1999 Maine as well voted to legalize marijuana for medical use. - In Colorado and D.C. - republican lead law makers nullified the election results, in sept.1999 a DC court overturned that unconstitutional attempt at election nullification and released the results of the DC vote. The  State of Colorado has agreed to put it back on the ballot in 2000 after it was learned many petitions were hidden for election officials by a republican politican against the measure( Colorado voter's robbed! ).

  D.C. residents voted 69% to 31%  to legalize. Citizens in the states of  Illinois, Florida, and Michigan are set to do like wise in 2000. This country sends troops to other countries to ensure the results of elections are followed yet, most mass media barely reported the nullifying of elections in our own Capital, or State of Colorado. Yet we have supported sending troops to WEST TIMOR, KOSVAR, BOSNIA, HAITI and less we forget Vietnam. Our governments say's it does this to insure that these governments follow the will of the people thier people . 

What makes the voters of DC or Colorado so less important?

   Currently there are over 60,000 in prison  for marijuana only offenses. Hundreds of thousands of others are technically in prison for parole violations, their violation “testing positive” to marijuana. Our county, and state prisons are packed with marijuana users (click here). In 1998 over 800,000 citizens where arrested for marijuana, many, many live’s where ruined by the law, not marijuana!. A marijuana arrest can ruin your whole life (like mine has been) marijuana itself can't. The marijuana laws have ruined me, not marijuana. I just happen to have “JAH” looking out for me. The “WAR on Drugs” is a failure, more than half of our citizens have tried it, many enjoy it and use it regularly, as I do. It is plainly obvious, whether the media reports it or not that the  Government is losing its "War on us". And I'm glad it is.

*- The Government calls it a "WAR".  When more of "we the people" start fighting back in "WAR" terms, we will be victorious."We the people" will win this "war".
