I would like to thank everyone who voted. I received a total of 3,000 votes slightly less than last year's years total of 3,465.

The election process in the US of America is still one of the greatest feats in democracy and everyone who participates is doing a duty few in the world have the oppurtunity or pleasure of doing. I encourage every American to participate in it. 

While I didn't win a seat on the NJ State Assembly, or the Camden County Freeholder's board. I hadn't   plannedon winning anyway!. Most of you know the main purpose of my running for office was a public protest to the marijuana laws of which I have become a victim of. I called my protest a "exercise in first amendment rights". 

I wanted to show the voters in New Jersey and the observer's from around the world (via the internet) how the current marijuana laws even violate the most basic of american constitutional rights. The Right to freely chose a "Religion". While I was not born into  RASTAFARI, I have choosen RASTAFARI as my "RELIGION". Rastafari is a religion recognized by the US government as such (  RASTAFARI -Recognized by US Government as Religion) , The US government acknowledge's we use Marijuana (GANJA) in accordance with our belief's and practices' (Religion). Yet still persecute's and imprison us despite the guarantee's of the 1st amendment's, "FREE EXERCISE CLAUSE". Hopefully my run for office has enlighted some to the fact that This New law I'm currently under indictment for is unconstitutional.

I also wanted to introduce myself to my potential jurors. Sometime soon I expect to go on trial for my life. The state of New Jersey wants to imprison me for up to 30 years. I have openly advocated that a jury of my peers utilize  JURY NULLIFICATION , this election run was a open attemp at polluting/informing the jury. While not as many people voted for me as I hoped would, it hasn't diminished my desire to face a jury of my peer's and ask " Does the first amendment protect all religions or just those deemed worthy by christians". I truely believe in the Constitution - "I know it protects me as well", now I await a juries verdict. If the jury feels as I do, that the law is wrong, they are enpowered by the greatest document in the world, "THE CONSTITUTION to set me free!

While I cede defeat in terms of election totals, I declare a myself a huge VICTOR tonight. I have demonstrated how "We the People" can defeat this Democratic/Republican lead "WAR on US" - thru Jury Nullification. Don't expect me to just fade into the wood-work either! From time to time you will again hear my opinions, and statements. Maybe even a commercial or two explaining Jury Nullification featuring me, if I can raise the funding. I will be preparing myself and my potential juror's for this historic NJ-JURY NULLIFICATION TRIAL .
