PLEASE HELP ME LIVE THE NEXT FEW Years as a free man! CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE TO MY DEFENSE FUND? 
 1997 was the worst year of my life.
 
  For several years I had actively participated in ensuring that people who wished to use marijuana were able to obtain it. Marijuana is a wanted commodity, but the government ban's it based on laws that are flat-out lie's. I had taken a personal interest in freedom, unforunatedly I also was involved in a custody dispute, my ex- (Linda Holden ) constantly reported me to the authorities - during 1996 & 97.

On Jan 5th, I was a passenger in a car accident which has left me with a Chronic Pain Condition  as a result of a couple of herniated disc in my lower back. Then on NOV. 24th I was arrested and truly ruined. My truck was then confiscated on Dec.7th. I lost my house, and I have no money for a lawyer. My wife is now working while I watch the kids, and ends just aren't meeting. We are terrified at the thought of me spending 30 years in a "DRUG WAR" concentration camp, for preferring marijuana over percocet, tobacco or alcohol. 

The kids don't even know yet! I don't want to end up on the November Organizations (www.november.org) - POW wall. Or wasting away in prison like Will Foster, while my family suffers, and is destroyed because I follow Rastafari and thus preferr to use natural marijuana instead of the dangerous chemical products the democratic and republican parties control with taxes and sales.  

I have always thought of marijuana as my natural medicine "grown by GOD". I will not deny feeling this way to my jury! I will not deny using marijuana. Hopefully one juror will agree, and acquit. It only takes one. 

I've talked to several good lawyers who all told me they could help for $25,000.00 I don't have 25 grand. "Justice is paid for, and it's looking like I won't be able to pay for justice".  The arrest and bail took my money away. While my disability has kept me from making anymore. 

Can you help me?

I am now stuck with a Camden County public defender named (Kevin Walshe) who doesn't even want to talk to me. He supports the prohibition! I didn't even request a public defender, he was forced on me by Judge Linda Rosenwicg. Now that he is here he hasn't done one thing I've asked him to do for me and my case. I want a trial. He only talks to me about making a plea. I want to talk to the jury. I want to openly advocate Jury Nullification , Fully Informed Jury Association ( www.fija.org ). I want a jury to acknowledge that the law is wrong! I told him this from the first time I saw him. I feel as if Mr. Walshe is tanking my case! I need a lawyer who understands and supports my defense and argument.

Because The Camden County Public Defender's Office refused to defend me the State Office of the Public Defender - is paying Jaime Kaigh (609) 429-1802  to asst  me. He will be working with limited funds.

P.S.- I don't need the money to get high...marijuana is donated to me in a very similar fashion to the way I helped others obtain their natural medicine in the past. Obtaining medical marijuana is a minor inconvenience, although highly illegal here in New Jersey. I will not use your money for obtaining marijuana please help me obtain real counsel. I would like a real opportunity to address a jury of my peers with the question?  Should I or anyone be in prison for breaking stupid unconstitutional laws like the Marijuana Prohibition laws? Jury nullification is the answer. I only need one juror to agree, then I walk like Dr Jack Kevorkian, who also breaks stupid laws. Compliance is acceptance. I don't accept it so I don't comply! I use marijuana regularly as my medicine. Regardless of the law, which is wrong. Where in the constitution does it give the government the authority to legislate what we as free americans choose to ingest into our bodies, NOWHERE! 

UPDATE - Nov. 18th, 2000

On August 31st, 2000 Jaime Kaigh asked the court to remove him. He refused to help me with my defense as well, and cited irreconcilable difference's. The Judge forced me to proceed with trial on Sept 18th, 2000. I was not getting a fair trial I was denied my right to a fair trial, the office of the public defender still refused to assit me with my defense of Open advocation of Jury Nullification. On Sept 20 out of dispar and aniexty over being forced to proceed in a unfair, unconstitutional trial. - I accepted the state's offer of a plea agreement to stop my trial. I still have every RIGHT to appeal which I will do immediatedly. Under the terms of the agreement I was to report to prison on Dec., 1st 2000. - On Oct 4, 2000 - I filed a motion to withdrawal my plea. I want a fair trial. As of today I don't know what's going to happen on Dec., 1st (will I be thrown in prison or allowed to take my plea back ) See Unfair TRIAL COVERAGE (trial #1) I've decided to head to CANADA tomorrow.

Nov 29th,2000- I'm home now.

As I write this I know this maybe the last time in a good while I will be able to update any of my website myself for I will be in Court on Dec.1st - I anticipate being imprisoned in camden county jail. - Maybe the Cuban Government might grant my wish of Asylum anyway.Wouldn't that be interesting if a foreign Government grants me asylum while I'm imprisoned in a US GULAG.
