“The effects of the drug
war on African Communities” (NJ) - Two weeks ago the MORGAN QUITNO CORPORATION released a
report citing Jeffery Brenner director of the Walter
Rand Institute for Public Affairs at Rutgers-Camden like-wise wants to bring
in more cops. (Philadelphia Inquirer I have the
answer and have been advocating it for years but fear revealing it may “again
put my freedom in jeopardy”. My answer “the #1 reason Camden is the most
dangerous city in America is because our nations “RACIST WAR ON DRUGS”, note
I didn’t say “drugs”. I said, “The racist war on drugs is the cause”, our
governments policy is the reason. “The number 2 reason is the failure of
minorities and minority leaders to get active in repealing the racist laws
that support the racist inspired, failed drug war”. For two weeks now I’ve heard one goofy way
of correcting this after another and not once have I heard anyone say, legalize drugs. The only
answer that would truly reduce crime dramatically in To the consternation of Government and
religious leaders (both black and white) I’ve been advocating this for years
to protect my community. In 2002 I was even jailed for 5 months (August 19th-
The
root of this evil, the CSA In 1970 the 535 all white members of
congress passed the Controlled Substance Act, which
replaced the recently defeated Jim Crow laws and that stalwart of integrity
President Richard Nixon signed it into law. What the CSA did was make
dangerous drugs used, controlled and acceptable to white society legal while
less dangerous substances used by minority cultures, controlled or
originating in countries of colored people were made illegal. Perfect
example: Tobacco/alcohol & Marijuana/cocaine. The CSA is the root of our racist war on drugs, which has
caused the dis-enfranchisement and re-enslavement and imprisonment of
millions of minorities mostly African-American. Today
The “War on Drugs” was created thru
racism (google it) and is factually fought in a racist manner. The statistics
used by the Quitno Corp to come to this conclusion that Many of our law enforcement agencies
depend on the “WAR ON DRUGS” for their existence and the legal profession
from whence all of our politicians come from has made it the mainstay of its
business. It’s no mistake that lawyer/politicians are always advocating
increasing the intensity of this “war on us”, it’s a business plan. A full
prison is a profitable prison; we now have privately owned prisons in Our Government lie’s to terrorize our
citizens into accepting and maintaining this racist “WAR on Drugs” and has
been doing so for 30+ years. Do you think the lie’s about WMD’s
was the first time our Government has lied to its people? No lying by
Government officials has been perfected within the drug war for the last 30
years and recently successfully used to enlist citizen support for our
President and his crusade into Muslim lands. Anyone who wants to look into
the history our nations Drug Prohibition would learn that it was contrived
thru racism; unfortunately no-one really cares or believes the truth. The
truth is illegal drugs kill less than 20,000 people a year (even though
millions use them) while legal drugs like tobacco kills 400,000+ yearly,
alcohol kills over 120,000 and legally prescribed drugs kill over 100,000 so
our war on drugs isn’t really about harm reduction. Infact aspirin kill’s
twice as many people every year as PCP and LSD combined while marijuana kills
zero ever but the Government falsely calls marijuana dangerous and outlaws
it. (New England Journal of Medicine/July 1998) Politicians know anytime a prohibition
is created, a black market is also created. For instance in our Governments
previous attempt at prohibiting the drug of choice of our nation’s majority
race: Alcohol. It was
quickly realized that the prohibition caused more harm to this segment of the
population than good. White boys started killing each other and the modern
MOB was created. Italians boys were killing Irish boys, Irish boys were
killing German boys and Jews were killing Italians in short it was a mess
caused by the Governments prohibition and everyone knew it. White mothers and Christian
organizations screamed to repeal the alcohol law(s). Our then all white
Congress decided to repeal the alcohol prohibition because of the harms it
was inflicting on their own communities. Today our
mostly white congress refuses to repeal the CSA because by
and large it’s the sons and daughters of minority communities that are being
killed or imprisoned as a result of this (drug) prohibition. This is one of
the reasons I call it a “RACIST WAR”. Here’s another. The Quitno Corporation
report also lists cities like The Brothers and Sista’s of Instead of minority mothers rising up
and ending this prohibition, like white mothers 70 years ago did they weep
and attend church and funerals. Our black church leaders look to the bible
instead of the reality of the situation, our government’s policies amount to JIM CROWISM. Instead of our
traditional civil rights organizations like the NAACP speaking out about this
institutional racism and organizing resistance, confusingly they condone it
and ridicule brothers like me. Local black leaders like Ali-Sloan and Peter
Harvey are more concerned about their political careers and what the white
political money/power brokers think than they are about our brothers and
sisters being killed or imprisoned as a result of the CSA and the Whiteman’s
concrete plantation businesses. I say wake up black people legalize drugs and
end the racist “ “NJWEEDMAN.COM” I am the founder of the Legalize Marijuana Party and
have run for various state, county and federal offices. This year I ran for
Congress in the 3rd district under the U.S. Marijuana Party and obtained more votes (7,354 ) than any other 3rd party candidate state-wide!
I once tried to change my name to NJWEEDMAN.COM as a means to
get people to read my opinions on the “RACIST WAR ON DRUGS” and it was
blocked by Government officials attempting to silence me. My hope is you will run this “RANT” in full
and use the name I have chosen for myself instead of the name the Government
forces me to continue to use as a means of lessening my ability to reach
others. Nothing I say in this commentary is false, but it’s
political incorrect to say and I doubt you’ll print it but I want you to. If

During the 70's Government policies like welfare and the "War on
Drugs" turned During
the 80's the Republican lead US government instituted disastrous policies
such as stepping up the so-called "war on drugs", and creating
propaganda, pro-war mis-information campaign's such as "Just say No",
and DARE. These policies helped create vast criminal networks and drug
distribution organizations which fought over turf, and settled disputes with
violence nationwide because they couldn't turn to the legal court system.
These disputes and open - air drug markets created by the government policies
then drove many middle class minorities out to the suburbs. Cities like
By the 90's
While minority women are given jobs and training while males are incarcerated
and ruined by our drug policies. Creating a family problem, fatherless homes.
Or homes with welfare mothers as the head. (Welfare doesn't help families with men around). Which then creates
a catch 22 for the males. They are ruined by the drug policies, are
unacceptable as employee's in (the white world) mainstream employment
circle's. Can't find a decent job, are discouraged from marrying
by welfare rules. - Our women
are then given jobs while we aren't. Yet, we can make a decent wage as
employee's of drug organization's or earn huge profits as the head of your
own independent distribution. Eventually independent distributors are set
upon by the larger organizations. Self defense is required you can't tell the
police your drug business is being overtaken by a larger drug business.
Violence results.
Where am I going with all this. Make
International Cities like Here in New Jersey we have a little
experience with such zones, 30 years ago gambling was considered a scourge
now 15+ huge casino's bring in huge profits to the state with little crime
associated with it.
Imagine
if the Battleship New Jersey, the State Aquarium, and the Sony E center also
had The
city then should also request of all new business's
to have a residency policy to employ city dwellers first. The employer's
would be asked to work with the city in placing residents with drug arrest
records in good paying jobs. With the “drug employee’s working legal jobs, street
sales would virtually disappear making the city safer. The drug dealers of
today would go away like the illegal number's men went away with the advent
of state lotteries and legalized gambling.
People are going to use marijuana no-matter what the government does. I’m
smoking a joint as I write this! Marijuana is as wanted a commodity in the
community as alcohol or tobacco but is much safer and all natural. The
problem is Caucasians/Christians don't control it. So they demonize it and
have kept it illegal for decades.
PS- I'm just tripping a little, smoking a lot, maybe even going
a little crazy out of the fear I have of going to the white man’s “concrete
plantation”. But anyway my “CAMDEN CITY PLAN” would work if ever tried. |
