Once again I’m running for a political office in New
Jersey. I’m a freedom of speech and religion advocate
who champions the cause of legalization of the herb “marijuana”. I am
openly a non-christian and espouse my religious belief's publicly. State
officials constantly punish me for expressing my faiths belief's publicly.
I consider myself a “freedom fighter”. This year (2006) I’m running for
the office of the U.S. Senate. Once again this is my way of giving the
“finger”
to the state’s do-gooder politicians who wage a ridiculous “war on citizens
who ingest marijuana”. I may or may not actually be in New
Jersey during the campaign season (Weedman goes to
Hollywood) and it really won’t matter. Last year I was prevented
from openly campaigning by state officials and still received close to 10,000 votes. I expect
the state of New Jersey to attempt to put me in jail once again.
Either way it will be a
lot safer for me to campaign from "California exile or a state jail".
Yes, I'm afraid oneday I will be murdered by a state police officer for
my views. New Jersey State
officials constantly refuse to allow me to publicly campaign anyway.
Last year 2005 when I
ran for Governor I was fired from my job, attacked
by a New
Jersey State Trooper and a Seaside Heights police
officer. Neither the State’s Attorney General nor
the U.S. Attorney General felt inclined to protect my right to political
expression.
Yet, the most egregious
violation was I had my child taken from me
again. Imagine that! Because of my public views on “marijuana” my ex-fiance
LINDA HOLDEN prevents
me from seeing my daughter. Even though my public views are protected
free speech the state family court Judge's (Bell, Morley, Almeida, Lihotz)
have prevented me from having a normal relationship with my daughter because
I'm not a Christian. In 2002 I was arrested and held
for 5 months for expressing my views, eventually federal Judge Irenas ordered
the State to release me with these words:
FORCHION
Vs STATE of NEW JERSEY - The First Amendment exists so as
to promote debate on issues of public importance. In this case, the advocacy
of the legalization of
marijuana is a legitimate political position in this country. The Libertarian
Party, whose presidential candidate received over 380,000 votes in the 2000
election, advocates the legalization of drugs. Libertarian Party website
at Libertarian Press. Many
elected public officials have called for a liberalization of the nation's
drug laws. Simply put, Plaintiff's place in this debate will do nothing
to harm a public that is already itself debating the current state of our
nation's drug laws. By Federal Judge Irenas (jan.
2003)
Yet state Judge's continue to punish me for expressing
the political/religious opinion that marijuana should be legal. The Burlington
County family court Judge's are openly violating my right to free speech
by taking my daughter from me expressing these opinions.
